I spent 45 minutes transferring to new phone. Upon completion new phone was still setup as factory default. Spent $25 and received nothing. Used samsung transfer and Google restore. Got job done... Vis mer

Demorado pero efectivo
Fue muy demorado en mi caso. que tenía 50 GB, pero funcionó muy bien. Yo no sé nada de este tipo de procedimientos, así que lo que no entendía me ayduaba con Clauda.ai y logré recuperar con éxito toda mi información de whatsapp

It worked
It worked, I moved from Android to iPhone, I was having trouble with the move app and WhatsApp so I thought I could move it later. When I finally got around to it I found out that the normal move couldn't be used without resetting the iPhone which was no longer an option.
This worked! MobiileTrans was able to. Transfer wouldn't work, but Transfer and Merge did. A life saver.

Transferring data from ios to android phones for non techies
The instruction screens were in plain English with pictures, and sufficient tips are included to overcome common issues enabling ordinary users to successfully transfer all their phone data from ios to android without needing the remote support help included.

comprei a licença para transferir o WhatsApp do meu samsung s24 para o iPhone 17 pro max, fiz o procedimento seguindo a risca oq manda e no final o WhatsApp no iPhone continuou sem conversa e ainda corrompeu o meu s24 e perdi todas as conversas

Competent and helpful
The agent addressed the problem efficiently and without missteps or confusion. When a preferred feature was not available on the tier of subscription I had paid for, the agent graciously logged in to a full-feature account to guarantee a smooth and successful process.

Pretty simple and straightforward, but no folder structure

Only Wondershare MobileTrans (for WhatsApp) actually worked.

Waste of money. But a coke and burn a $20 dollar bill. It will cost less and save you time.

However mobiletrans does not offer refund even if their product fails to work.

Move to iOS kept failing, MobileTrans worked perfectly!
I spent over three weeks trying to transfer WhatsApp from an Android phone to a brand new iPhone 17 using the Move to iOS app. Every attempt would get to around 90 percent and then fail. After so many retries, it became clear that the official method simply wasn’t reliable for transferring large WhatsApp histories.
Eventually I came across MobileTrans. The reviews looked solid so I decided to try it, even though it’s a paid tool. In hindsight it was absolutely worth it.
MobileTrans successfully transferred the entire WhatsApp history from my Samsung to the new iPhone without any issues, including messages and media. The process was also significantly faster and more stable than anything I experienced with Move to iOS.
I genuinely wish I had discovered MobileTrans sooner. It would have saved me weeks of frustration. If you’re switching from Android to an iPhone and need to move your WhatsApp data, I would strongly recommend using this tool. It worked exactly as advertised and solved a problem that the standard migration process could not.

Such a horrible customer support team!!
I purchased the mobile trans license for an year on Nov 19,2025 and the software stopped working on Jan 2026 and was asking to purchase the license again. I reached out to Wondershare customer support and its been 2 months that i'm liaising with them. I have never met such an unprofessional team of customer support. I have around 50+ emails requesting to fix the license issue of the software and their response was ridiculous that their support ends after 2 weeks of purchase as well as denial of refund request stating their 7 days refund policy was obnoxious. I hope that they can sued in Canadian court for forcing me to pay again for a license that i had already paid for an year.
