Very simple, quick, and efficient process. Fill in a form, reply to a couple of emails, and all done. The money was in my account the same day they received the device. Also offered the best price across all the sites I searched.

Honestly so seamless. Sent phone off in their packaging (which I received next day from when I placed my order) they then received it the next morning, and i was paid out same day. So I sent the phone Thursday afternoon and had the money in my bank Friday afternoon. Amazing fast service. Very impressed and will happily use them again

Great service, fast responses & fast payouts no issues at all

I was abit weary about this as I'd not heard of this website but after looking through reviews and information online it seemed legit and they were offering more than anywhere else price wise. It sounded too good to be true but I was pleasantly surprised! The whole process was simple, quick and clear from start to finish. My pack arrived the following day with clear instructions, prepaid postage through royal mail, next day before 1pm devilvery and tracking provided for peace of mind. Sure enough they received it the next day and contacted me promptly, they needed me to sign the documents and email over some extra information like proof or ID. I did so and half an hour later I got another email to say it had been approved and money was in my account almost instantly. Would 100% use again. Much better than bigger names like music magpie and CEX!

The payout was extremely fast and their communication was top notch. I would use their service again.

Top service, smooth and fast. All done within 1 working day.

Very fast payment gave the best price then anywhere I could find would recommend 100%

Excellent, speedy service. Pack received next day. Sent through special delivery, and once received payment was made same day. Would recommend .

Great service, quick and easy. Same day payout

Superb service - pack arrived quickly- phone received next day. Prompt emails accepting the phone, excellent communications, email and text. Straight forward form to sign - and paid instantly. Outstanding service.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I found this company via a phone recycling comparison website. The pack was sent out to me extremely quickly, received the very next day. Their customer service is impeccable. Every time I emailed with a query they responded the very same day, usually within just hours, sometimes minutes. They were very accommodating when I explained I was co-ordinating it for my Dad and told me exactly what their requirements were. The payment was received before 9am the next day. In future, I will go to them direct every time. Can’t praise them enough. Thank you!

Excellent company to use. Everything was dealt with transparently and very quickly. I had an email in the morning saying they had received my phone, later in the afternoon I had another email with a docusign and very shortly after that payment was made into my bank. Will definitely use them again 100%.
