Last Sunday I what's apped this company. Within a few minutes they replied. I explained that I wanted a new stair carpet. The next say a very nice person came round to measure. He had fetched samples that were budget , range , mid range and top price range. He worked out the price for a mid range carpet , then I asked for the top range price. There was only £60 difference so I chose the better quality carpet. He gave me a price straight away.
There was no hard sell, I didnt feel pressured to make a decision. I like that the company came with 3 different price range samples.
6 days after my first message to them the carpet fitters arrived. They were two lovely cheerful guys. Very quick and efficient at fitting the stair carpet and they left everything clean & today.
Five start service with competitive prices. I would highly recommend them.

Absolutely amazing company from measuring to the guys who fitted they even helped my partner move something they are truly amazing couldn't recommend them enough.

First time with this company. Called at the St Annes shop - very pleasant and helpful service. The young man came to measure and take the order, again most helpful. Carpet was delivered at the time agreed and fitted carefully. Fitters were considerate and moved furniture with care. Afterwards the man from the shop came with a vacuum cleaner and cleaned not only our flat but the access areas. From start to finish a perfectly satisfactory service and we are pleased to recommend Mobile Carpets and will use them again.

I had messed Mobile Carpets about with an unexpected hospital admission the day before they were due.
They handle my postponement with friendliness and professionalism.
I could not be happier with they're carpet fitters. The quality of my Carpets and the speed the Carpets and vinyl were fitted is absolutely fabulous.
They guys were lovely. They cleaned up when finished and could not do enough for me.

What a service! Within 24hrs of making contact I had a carpet picked out and install booked in. 7days later carpet installed, clean and tidy installers. Will be back in the new year to get more rooms done

Highly recommended. From making enquiries to fitting took 2 days in total. Great prices.and service. Fitter went over and above..and a joiner was organised to adjust the door... they even cleaned up after themselves... amazing service

Highly delighted with all carpets and cushion floor fitted. The service from them was First Class - measuring up, choosing floor coverings (very knowledgeable and advice given was superb), fitting and tidying up all excellent. Definitely recommend.

Just had lounge and two bedrooms recarpeted. What a fantastic job. The management from ordering to completion by Sadaq was exeptional he is so knowledgable, with pleasant personality his fitting team are exeptional workers. pleasant and very clean. I have another property which I'm going to have them do the lounge and dining room. I highly recommend them for quality and value.

I first visited the St Annes store, and was greeted by an incredibly friendly member of staff. After explaining my situation (waiting on the keys for my new home), I was given a very competitive quote.
After getting the keys, I went back to the store, and within the hour my flat was getting measured up, and the price quoted was fantastic.
Fitting was organised within the week, much faster than I was expecting, and was completed to an excellent standard by the two carpet fitters

We visited the shop in St Annes and were pleased with the large selection of carpets to choose from and the quality and price. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful and committed to providing a great customer experience. The measuring service was professional, and the fitters arrived on time on the arranged date. They did a fantastic job fitting carpets in multiple bedrooms and the hall & stairs, and removed and disposed of the old carpets. They also arranged for someone to shorten the doors where needed. Altogether an excellent experience and I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Just had some bathroom vinyl fitted,the guys came at the agreed time,were very neat and tidy and cleared everything away after they finished.
We found the experience of visiting the St Annes shop pleasant and uncomplicated,with helpful staff.

Amazing team of guys, from going in to their showroom and choosing the carpets, to them coming and measuring up and then on the day of fitting, they arrived 20 minutes early and carpeted my upstairs of my home was completed in 4 hours. The carpets are excellent quality. I
know in years to come when I need more carpet, these will be the company I go to, definitely recommend, really good prices for decent carpet and so helpful xx
