Dr Farhat has been excellent
I’ve been under the care of Dr. Farhat for the past six months and have found him to be excellent, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful.
While Mobidoctor is very convenient overall, the prepaid visit system hasn’t worked well for me. I’ve had to contact customer service several times to resolve issues, which at times was frustrating. If they can fix that problem then the service would be perfect. Until then, going forward, I’ll be paying per visit instead.

Customer service really rude
Customer service really rude - dismissive and combative. I had a fine consultation with a doctor but having spoken to the customer support it was extremely off putting and rude. I wanted to delete my account but was told that "obviously" that wasn't possible, which is fine but was expressed very offputtingly. No issue at all with the answer to my request, as I didn't know that was the case, but the way it was delivered to me was really rude and my ensuing conversation and the legal threats I've received has been such an overreaction. Wouldn't recommend having to deal with them as it was an unpleasant experience. They also reported this review as defamatory (it is not). They have now told me I will be hearing from their legal team, and my statement will be proven false in court. Would recommend not using this service unless you want to be threatened with legal action for finding their poor customer service rude!
EDIT: I have seen the response and would like to clarify it was not the answer I had a problem with, but the way it was given, which I felt was rude as they told me "Obviously" they can't do that. I hope we can put this to bed now as it's a little embarrassing for a company to spend this much time fighting someone who had a negative experience with their customer service team.
EDIT AGAIN: Thank you for your response. I would very much like you to have an internal review - not just of the customer service you offer, but the way you treat customers who complain about that service. I am fascinated at the changed tone of this reply considering you are the same person who emailed to threaten me with legal action earlier this year, but welcome the sudden change nonetheless. But if you would like to review your actions and the way you treat customers, I think this is long overdue.

Good technology shame about the service
I needed a prescription because I was on holiday so consult was perfect it was 15 seconds long - but then i waited 25 minutes to receive the document - while sitting in the pharmacy - when I questioned the time frame through the chatline and said that €39 was expensive to have to wait that long - I was told abruptly that I should expect this as in my own country it would cost €300 ( not the case ) a 15 second consult might cost €60 with a prescription at the end within a 2 minute time frame - purpose of review is 1. improve your process 2. as the owner of the company don’t question my complaint just apologise and say “im on it”

On New Year’s Eve, you booked and completed a doctor consultation on our platform.
You spoke with a doctor 12 minutes after payment
From the end of the consultation to the moment the medication was dispensed at the pharmacy, a total of 23 minutes elapsed.
This includes the consultation itself, prescription issuance, and pharmacy processing during one of the busiest pharmacy periods of the year. These timestamps are system-logged.
The claim that you waited 25 minutes after the consultation for the prescription does not align with the recorded timeline.
For context, the realistic alternative at your location on New Year’s Eve would typically involve:
• Travel to an emergency department (around 30 minutes each way)
• An average waiting time of 3+ hours
• A total time investment of approximately 4 hours
• An out-of-pocket cost commonly in the range of €200–€300
With our service:
• Account creation and booking were immediate
• Doctor consultation took place within 12 minutes
• Prescription was issued and dispensed
• Medication was in hand within 26 minutes total
• Cost: €39, which has since been fully refunded due to the horrible experience you had with my platform
We welcome feedback and complaints, they are essential for improving any service.

So thankful for this service! We are from the US traveling in France. I have a nasty stomach virus going through my family. No way I can get to a clinic in my condition.
This service was easy to book, doctor spoke fluent English, listened and prescribed appropriate medications. All within 40 minutes at a reasonable price. Thank you!

I have been receiving care through Mobidoc for 5 months and it’s been wonderful. Convenient appointment times and friendly, knowledgeable doctors. I mainly see Dr. Chrysoula and she is wonderful. I have also see other doctors for colds and they have been great. I had a scheduling issue once and the customer service was fast and addressed my issue. Highly recommend and glad I found mobidoc.

No customer service at all. And no prescription antibiotics
Very good until the point of collecting the prescription at the pharmacy which you the patient have to email to them. Here in Spain, Benidorm, 7 different pharmacies refused to issue the drugs as they required paper prescriptions.
I contacted the doctor and was told to contact the chat helpline. 6 hours later they have replied and started sending me government documents saying the pharmacy was incorrect tried that and still no help what so ever . I even provided the main pharmacy email address but nothing. Now they seem to be blaming me.....
Then I read the consultation notes and the doctor dated is 1 January 1970. Gave requested a refund but now answer to that so far we will see ......be careful out there when paying upfront fees

We only tried to assist you in getting the medication, and showing the document to the pharmacist would have cleared the pharmacist of any doubt regarding the prescription.
A refund was already agreed on and sent during the support chat and a receipt was sent to your email.
Agian, we are very sorry that you had issues with the prescription a refund has been sent.
We will anyway contact the pharmacy tomorrow during office hours and make sure that you get the medication

Taking advantage of people
I contacted customer service 3 times for a refund. There was an appointment that did not take place, but they got the money and now refuse to give it back. They just DON'T respond. It is insane that not only they take advantage of people that are unwell, but they don't even answer their emails to customer service!
Update: I have used the support chat twice already, to no follow-up. I have also emailed to help email on November 20th, and there was no answer.

I was amazed at the service I received
I was amazed at the service I received. It was prompt, professional and the doctor spoke English and even understood my Irish accent!. The online system is intuitive and easy even for someone of my age who is not an expert on the internet. The ability to use my mobile phone for video chat was amazing.
I would add I have been using this service for a year while I travelled around mainland Europe.
I have had one problem to deal with and that was the Spanish bureaucracy, but I got onto the MOBIDOCTOR CHAT... and of course it was sorted out immediately.
One last thing I can speak to a doctor at a time and date of my choosing. Pick up a prescription by email before the consultation is over. I can't do that with my own doctor!

I had a very bad case of food…
I had a very bad case of food poisoning. After 3 days I knew I needed help. It was easy to make an appointment and took maybe 5 minutes. The doctor was connecting from Greece. She spoke clear and fluent english. I described my symptoms, she prescribed my antibiotics and in minutes it was done. And to top it off the price was a fraction of what I would have paid in the US.

Customer support won't reply emails
Customer support won't reply emails. Chat is useless. Its seens to be very hard to get an answer how up front paid consultations can be used. Seems shady. Good customer care is that you inform that you have received the message and try to get back as soon as possible.
First consultation was ok,brief but ok. I sent my blood work.I don't know if doctor reviewed them at all.
2 stars because the consultation is almost 3 times cheaper as in private sector here
