I was charged USD 49.99 and I have no idea what Mob Faceyoga is. What a scam!!

Hello,
I see that my credit card is being charged for a product I did not purchase, I have no way to contact you, or a phone number to call to cancel the transaction

Hello
My name is yossi sigler .
On 16/4/2025 i made by mistake a deal of 39.99$ on an internet advertisement of face yoga.
My last 4 numbers of my credit card are 2107.
I admit that it was my fault and i will be more than happy if this problem it will not charge my Mastercard credit card.

For 2 months, 37.22 is being debited from my account every month.
I have asked the bank and Apple customer service if this account number can be blocked. Both say that they can do nothing about this.
Money is being stolen from you and they can do nothing with it because there is no app to use.
This is SCAM!!!
I have tried to contact mob.faceyoga.fit to try to get my money back, but they claim not to be behind this bank account which is located in Cyprus.

Puur bedrog!! Halen geld van je rekening zonder enige waarschuwing. We nemen hiervoor contact op met ministerie van economische zaken.

SCAM
Sinds 9 months ago, they took money from my bank account. In totaal €240 I’d asked to the bank and Apple client service and both said that they can’t do nothing about this.
Terrible experience! They stole your money and not provide any service because there is not an app to use. Not a way to get a refund. An absolute scam company!. I have experienced what other reviews experienced but they should have written the complete name: mob.faceyoga.fit. I tried to take contact with mob.faceyoga.fit to tried that they refund me, but as other writers, without any success. I tried to search them but no luck.
Also people of my bank looked at it but the same like me: SCAM! You have been scammed. There’s no way to find out who, how or how they got to scammed us.
Honestly, I want to be helped!
This is how appears in my bank account:
MOB.FACEYOGA.FIT >+44745814USD 29,99 KV010 Koers: 1,0341380 CYCYPRUS 054331 20250101 12:34:56 Apple Pay betaling Transactiekosten: EUR. 0,34

I recently had a very negative experience with mob.faceyoga.fit.Despite their claims of providing facial yoga exercises and beauty tips, I found the company to be highly untrustworthy.

First and foremost, I was charged approximately $39 USD without my authorization. I had not signed up for any subscription or service that warranted this charge. Despite reaching out to the company multiple times, I have not received a satisfactory explanation or a refund. It's important to note that I did not download any app or service that should incur these charges.

Additionally, it is important to note that the reputable company FaceYoga.comhas been wrongly implicated by association. FaceYoga.comis a legitimate service that should not be confused with the untrustworthy practices of mob.faceyoga.fit.

The lack of transparency and the difficulty in contacting their customer service only add to the frustration. This company appears to be a scam, and I strongly advise others to avoid mob.faceyoga.fit.It is not worth the risk of unauthorized charges and poor customer service. I hope this review helps others avoid the same issues I have faced.
