Please accept my sincere apology
Please accept my sincere apology, I did indeed get the wrong MJL, and having looked and searched your web site, I can see your attitude to your work seems to be something we could only dream about! Looks to be a very good professional job - if only everybody worked to the same exacting standards hey - hey, Wains, if you are reading this as well.
Sorry, I expect you were surprised by the content of my comments, didn't sound great did it, my comments were for a Mr Lugg's company, NOT, a Mr Oxley.
I wish I had returned to the site and noticed my error earlier, sorry.
Came back today to see if would be able to post more, concerning the fire risks of a bodged job, by MJL staff - site foreman - that again is just hidden, it matters, if the worst should happen and you have a fire, it matters - I would not have known if I had not been stood right beside him, but I have a conscience, and although I said something at the time to the manager, nothing was done to either investigate it, or correct - it simply had to be ready for an NHBC inspection that same day - it means fire, fume, hot gas, could potentially circumvent a fire collar between two flats - the whole job was done poorly, even though Wain Homes claim to have such rigorous high standards - yeah, really?! On paper only I would suggest - it is a bit like buying a brand new car, at full price, but with three bold tyres, a hole in the exhaust, rust, dented panels, and a flat battery - it isn't right, it isn't fair on people - there are no defects with their money - and I will stand up and say so. I have told the council about much of it, but I am not sure how much they even understand sometimes.
I hope you will accept my apology, and that everyone will understand that my first post was not meant for this company, it was an error.
David.
