Ho acquistato un paio di Mizuno Morelia II Pro AG: inizialmente comodissime, ma dopo soli 3 mesi di utilizzo sporadico, una scarpa si è scollata completamente ("aperta a coccodrillo"). Nonostante Mizuno Italia abbia confermato a voce (dopo l'invio delle foto con etichetta) che si tratta di un difetto di fabbrica noto per questo modello, è iniziato un rimpallo di responsabilità indecente.
Il produttore mi ha rimandato al negoziante (che non sostituisce oltre i 90 giorni), promettendo poi l'intervento di un rappresentante mai visto né sentito. Risultato? Scarpa top di gamma inutilizzabile e azienda che sparisce nel nulla. Un comportamento del genere per un brand "premium" è deludente. Non acquisterò mai più nulla da loro.
Great Customer Service
I recently purchased a pair of hockey shoes for delivery to Ireland, but unfortunately the package was lost by UPS. After contacting customer service, the issue was identified very quickly and I was immediately offered a refund.
I truly appreciate the prompt response and the excellent support in resolving what could have been a frustrating situation. A special thank you to Gary in customer service for handling everything so efficiently and professionally.
SAV Mizuno Europe Lamentable
Je tenais à vous faire partager mon expérience sur la SKY09 de Mizuno venant tout juste d'acheter deux paires via des distributeurs. J'ai 63 ans et j'ai depuis deux années baissé un peu les Km... Plus que 4 sorties semaine de 10 à 12km chacune hormis les vacances où je cours tous les jours. Je précise avoir toujours couru en Mizuno depuis une trentaine d'années. Ce sont des chaussures offrant en général une sensation de confort immédiat comme si vous aviez au pied des chaussons mais il faut savoir qu'elles s'usent très vite. J'alterne comme beaucoup de coureurs mes séances avec deux paires. La SKY09 m'a vraiment emballé dès mes premières foulées, plus de confort, d'amorti et un bon maintien de tout le pied... On sent une évolution notable surtout après avoir longtemps couru avec des Wave Rider, modèle emblématique de la marque mais quelle n'a pas été ma surprise chaussant ma deuxième paire de SKY09... Chaussure avec un amorti déplorable et courbatures dans les mollets pendant 3 jours... J'ai signalé le problème à Mizuno EMEA qui se défausse sur les distributeurs en m'invitant à les contacter comme s'ils étaient responsables de la fabrication... Leur ayant communiqué les numéros de référence des deux modèles il m'importait surtout de connaitre l'année de fabrication de ces deux paires dans l'espoir de pouvoir peut-être identifier le problème. Souvent en fonction des années, la marque fait évoluer ses modèles comme sur les Wave Rider de 24 à 29... Sur la Sky09, la dénomination ne permet pas d'avoir d'information sur l'année modèle... Quel dommage pour une marque comme Mizuno d'avoir cette qualité de service après vente inexistant.. J'ai du mal à imaginer ce niveau d'irresponsabilité au siège Mizuno Japan !

I bought a pair of shoes for my husband as a gift. It was send via UPS and the package has been lost.
Mizuno says they can only refund me after the package has been returned to them.
How is a lost package my fault? I tried calling customer service and its a joke all the time "there is nothing we can do". E-mails they don't even reply.
NEVER AGAIN.

Chaussures soi-disant “durables”, mais totalement hors d’usage après à peine 150 km.
Utilisation strictement conforme aux terrains pour lesquels elles sont officiellement prévues : cela n’a pourtant pas empêché une dégradation spectaculaire. Amorti inexistant, crampons quasiment disparus, la semelle semble s’être désintégrée au fil des sorties.
En descente, c’est tout simplement dangereux : la semelle glisse en permanence, donnant l’impression de ne jamais maîtriser son appui.
Présentées comme offrant un “excellent grip”, elles n’adhèrent nulle part : rochers, terre, herbe, feuilles… rien ne tient, que le terrain soit sec ou humide.
Résultat : on finit par craindre pour sa sécurité.
À ce niveau-là, les porter relève de l’inconscience.
À éviter absolument.
Et pour couronner le tout, le service après-vente est d’une mauvaise foi déconcertante : réponses expédiées, absence de prise en charge, et un refus systématique de reconnaître le moindre problème. Une expérience qui laisse franchement le sentiment d’être méprisé en tant que client.
Horrible collection arrangement
I couldn’t believe how terrible the customer service of a Japanese company could be in Europe. I’m a big fan of Mizuno and I usually shop through sportsshoes.com, but this was my first time purchasing from the official site.
The collection process was poorly arranged. I chose to collect my parcel at a pickup point on Margaret Street. The man there asked for my physical ID, but I didn’t have it with me at that moment. I showed my work ID with a photo and another digital ID, but he insisted on a physical ID and refused to give me the parcel. Later, I asked him about the opening time for the next day, and he simply said it was written on the door.
After that, I called customer service regarding this poor collection experience. The collection email never mentioned that a physical ID was required, nor was it stated on the website. The first lady I spoke to said there was nothing she could do. When I asked why this requirement wasn’t shown on the website or in the email, she replied by asking why I couldn’t just bring my ID the next day. She even told me I was too agitated, which felt like blaming the victim and showed a completely unhelpful attitude. I calmed down my voice and asked when I could get a refund if I didn’t collect the parcel. She answered that question but then suddenly cut off the line, even though I was asking a follow-up question. It was a nightmare.
I called again, and Gary was a bit helpful, he said he would pass my opinion to his manager. Even so, I will never go to that shop for collection again, and I am now just waiting for the refund.
Why should I have to show my personal ID to a stranger who doesn’t even wear a proper uniform or display staff identification? I don’t feel safe doing so.
Mizuno going downhill in quality
Interesting to see a well respected golf manufacturer have such a poor Customer service reputation but after my experience can understand why.
I was gifted a new Mizuno golf travel case which looking online was around £180. After 3 uses the seams have split in obviously poorly manufactured areas.
Rang and spoke to Mizuno customer services, emailed pictures etc explained it was a gift and all they said was show us a receipt. Who gets receipts with a present from 10 months ago!! Will now no longer purchase Mizuno equipment and spend my next £4500 on golf equipment with a different manufacturer.
Good sensible economics Mizuno... you need to be employing far better commercially intelligent Customer service people!!
Customer service and return policy
Disappointed with Mizuno’s rigid returns policy. Shoes in clearly resalable condition were refused because they’d been briefly tried outdoors. Other sports brands handle this better. Won’t be buying from Mizuno again.

Commande passée sur le site - Mizuno utilise UPS comme transporteur. Les livraisons ne se font pas du tout à domicile ni en point relais mais chez des particuliers qui servent de point relais. Expérience très peu agréable. Je ne commanderai plus sur le site.

Après l'achat, je n'ai reçu aucune notification, rien, heureusement que j'avais fait un print screen.
J'ai dû appeler deux fois et les réceptionnistes n'étaient pas compréhensifs et assez désagréables.
Je n'ai toujours pas reçu mes baskets.
Indigne de la marque Mizuno..Je déconseille vivement d’acheter sur ce site.

Koop nooit iets bij Mizuno!!! Ik had hardloopschoenen gekocht van 175 euro die ik ook even buiten had uitgeprobeerd. Daarbij is inderdaad de zool vies geworden. Nu weigeren ze de schoenen na terugzending te accepteren en sturen de schoenen die slecht lopen weer terug. Met de klantenservice valt niet te praten. Dit is een reactie die ik kreeg: 'Het feit dat je met €175 schoenen, die je niet bevallen, zit, kun je jezelf alleen maar de schuld voor geven'. Waardeloos bedrijf

Over a week, package stuck in Europe
Placed an order over a week ago. I’m in the U.K. the tracking is still showing the package is in Brussels. When you go on a website in English with a UK phone number, you don’t expect the parcel to be shipped from Europe. The service isn’t on here! Update - they use UPS. I asked for the parcel to be delivered to my home, I then get a text to say it’s been dumped at a parcel pint not walkable distance! I never asked for this! The UPS for er never buzzed my flat, I know this as it comes through to my mobile, I called to complain . Spoken to horrendous man at UPS who was v ride. Tired to call Mizuno but they close at 4pm U.K. time. Never again!!!! Not on to not deliver parcel to home!

My experiences with the official Mizuno online shop (Europe)
Monday: Ordered a pair of shoes and accessories via credit card.
Tuesday: Late evening shipping from Belgium via UPS.
Thursday: Arrival in Austria well packaged and in good condition.
So the delivery took place within the promised standard delivery time: 2-5 working days.
All in all very satisfactory.
One point less because of some errors on the website. e.g. I entered Austria as the delivery address, but still Germany appeared. An uneasy feeling remains, especially because of the many fake/scam Mizuno-sites in www.
Personally, I have only had very good experiences with Mizuno products, namely: judogis, several sports shoes and, above all, professional swimming equipment (unfortunately not available in Europe).

My order was not dispatched for more than a week.
Tried to find out when I would get my order. Sent a couple of emails, but no response nor reply to my emails.
Used chatbot and Mizuno finally responded.
Worst ever online shopping experience and will not visit Mizuno again.
