Ad says returns with no questions asked but they will not respond when asking to return/refund.

Zero customer service. I received my device after a 3 week wait, and the charger was missing. I contacted them immediately. After numerous emails they responded 4 days later, asking for a video (!) of the device and the packaging. Then they asked for a video of the device and my order number, which they already have. Just stall tactics to avoid sending me a charger, which probably costs the $1, if that.

Absolutley horrible. Recieved my item and the magnetic charger doesn't even hold to be able to charge the item so it is unusable. Company offered 15% refund for something that doesnt work. I have emailed 4 times and they do not respond. Even when I sent the video of the defective product it took them forrver to respond and when I told them I wamted a full refund or a replacement not $15 back for a $100 product....crickets. no response at all.

I ordered the V- glo intimacy wand on May 28th from the company Mivourr. After using this product, I was not satisfied and contacted the company on June 17th and June 18th by email for a full refund and return. I have received no response to date whatsoever. They completely ignored my request to return the product as they advertise their 90 day money back guarantee. I also have a tried their phone number that is listed on Google. This phone number is out of service, so this company is impossible to contact, has terrible customer service and I would warn anybody from buying any of these products. The other odd thing is that every day I am inundated with emails from this company trying to sell me more of their products and how great they are. Why would I buy anything else if there is absolutely no response and nobody to contact if there is an issue!!! Buyer beware!!! I am very upset and feel totally ripped off!!! This is no way to treat legitimate customers!!!

Do not buy from Mivourr They promise money back and good service. I got a product from them. It was defective and it id impossible to connect vua email. Never answered. Telephone number is fake -Not in service. Scamming company
