One star. Mission Lane’s handling of my account and complaints has been unacceptable.
Charges posted at the end of my billing cycle pushed my $300-limit card over the limit, and a balance of about $312 appeared on my credit report. Mission Lane later reversed disputed charges, but the over-limit balance remained on my report. My Experian report was even marked “updated” while it still showed that balance and an August payment as my most recent payment, despite payments shown in Mission Lane’s own records in September and October.
I have repeatedly asked Mission Lane to explain exactly what it sent to the credit bureaus and to address the reporting after the reversals. Instead, I have received responses defending its normal reporting schedule and telling me to wait for another cycle. Its written response did not resolve my concern about what Experian is displaying now.
This has taken multiple disputes, calls, and complaints to get basic answers about my own account. I expect Mission Lane to review the reporting against its payment and reversal records, correct any inaccurate information, and give me a clear written explanation. Until then, I cannot recommend this company. There’s been a one of the most worst experience I’ve ever had with a fintech company. Their customer service support and accountability is one of the worst. I’ve seen in a long time.

I have I high interest card
I have I high interest card, they gave me a 4000 credit limit. I realized that most of my payment was going to interest. After a year of paying on time every month I asked to decrease my interest or if they have anything in place to help me get through a rough time. They stated they do not have anything in place for the customer and will never lower a interest rate. They dont care about the customer. I did look at individuals trying to settle due to unforseeable situations. If you get this card, watch out!! Bait..

This company charges an outrageous 34%…
This company charges an outrageous 34% interest rate! On top of that, they offer absolutely no rewards, points, or cashback on purchases.
To make matters worse, they have been charging me almost $30 every month for something called “Credit Protection,” which I never knew about, never signed up for, and never authorized.
I called them three times and requested to speak with a supervisor to cancel these charges and receive a full refund. Each time, I was promised that someone would call me back, but nobody ever did.
I also demanded that they provide proof of when and how I supposedly authorized this service. Once again, I received absolutely no response.
This is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional customer service.
Stay away from this company! I strongly recommend that you think twice before doing business with them
