Had smash last evening. Phoned and was dealt with by Alicia who was empathetic and considerate at a fraught moment. I was informed details would be relayed to MIS next morning and I would be contacted.
Cameron contacted this am and dealt with the claim in efficient, thorough and understanding manner. My car has been collected by repairers and replacement hire car is here. Excellent service!
I hope that the repair and the rest of the claim is just as good.

Excellent service! I broke down on the side of the road and called MIS, who were very efficient, took a few details and said a mechanic would contact me with 60 to 90 mins, it was only 30. The mechanic then started my car and followed me to the garage, so no need for any stress in case I broke down again. Would highly recommend MIS Claims.

Jamie-Lee handled my call and did an excellent job. Very understanding, clear and efficient.

I called for breakdown assistance on 05/07/25 and the recovery agent was out within 30 minutes.

I recently was involved in a no fault car accident. I informed my insurance company who passed me on to Cameron from MIS. The service I received was first class, he explained everything I needed to know, I had a courtesy car the same day, and an insurance assessor called the following day.

My call handler Rita was understanding, empathetic and reassuring. She explained all of the next steps and helped me at a time of stress.
