The lectures themselves are good. However, their technical support is really horrible. And the app they are using to stream the lectures is laggy, the sound quality of the lectures is bad as you can’t hear everything even on a max volume. And the worst thing about it that made me write this review is, they will only allow you to use the account from one device, if you are using your tablet and later on you want to switch to laptop or your phone to listen to the lectures while your are outside your house you will not be able to.

And the support team really have bad attitude especially after you pay for the course.

If you can handle the bad system/app and minimize your interactions with the supporting team and use the same device to study. Then i will recommend using this course.

I had Studied AAA with Sir Owais Mirchawala and he appeared to be the Besst tutor i had studied throughout my ACCA Career. He have his own Study Notes and Practice questions, means no need of any studytext or kit and above that, he checks all your answers and also give feedback on your drafted answers. im truly impressed by the service they offer

I regret enrolling in this course due to its unreasonably restrictive system and the organization’s unprofessional handling of complaints. Here’s what happened:

No Desktop Access:

Videos only work on iPad/iPhone due to their "one account per person" policy.

Despite hours of back-and-forth requests for desktop access, they refused to accommodate this basic need. I work full time, it was a frustrating experience.

Retaliatory Removal:

After I criticized the system (not any individual), Owais Mirchawala removed me from the course with only a partial refund.

My complaint was about the platform’s functionality—yet the response was punitive.

Ignored Emails:

Multiple attempts to seek clarification were completely ignored.

Serious Concerns:

Fragile Leadership: The owner appears to take objective feedback as personal criticism.

No Accountability: Zero transparency or justification for their actions.

Anti-Student Policies: The restrictions seem designed to punish paying users rather than prevent misuse.

Advice to Others:

If you’re an international student need professional student service look elsewhere!

This provider does not tolerate feedback—even constructive criticism may risk your enrollment.

It costed me 3 days, its a lot for someone who works full time.

Poorly structured online course for ACCA SBR exam.

I had way higher expectations. Their front website is so impressive, but backend LMS system is glitchy.

Their course is poorly structured, and notes they attached are also mostly of poor quality like missing pages etc.

Seems like tutor has never bothered to check how his course is presented, and taken any feedback from customers (students)...

Their LMS is a worst customer experience. You can only use it in one device, and cant switch it from mobile etc...So its really inconvenient. I'm mostly outside, but I have to come home and sit in laptop to use this shit.

Their other competitors have been putting much effort on course structure, presentation, notes, weekly live sessions, progress tracker, spreadsheets and so much value adding...
(how I know? bcz I had to buy this SBR from other competitor as well)

Course content is good, I covered many topics and I liked the tutor style and commitment in videos. (but rest of all is just a mess as I wrote above).

There is no value adding features in this course.

I cant quit now as I'm in mid-way through course content and have consumed well over 70+ hours... :(

I believe if tutor (or founders) put efforts, they can make it top-notch, but it seems too far from achieving at this moment.

Really disappointed!

Outdated lectures with cheap attention seekers and gainers tutors. There should be a standard of tutoring and being in that position you can't give foreign numbers to your so called marketing team to fool people around. Acca platform is run by them behaving like mafias in the market. On top they are top notch liars and would go to any extend in hiding their dirty marketing tactics.

In Jan 2024 I bought the PM course which was valid for March and June session. After March my portal was blocked and now it’s been more than a week they are asking which session, proof of payment. Basically going around in circles. Please stay away from this institute. They are robbing thief's. Robbing poor students.

MHA Lms is a very good initiative which allows students to study with ease and flexibility. Sir Owais is a phenomenal teacher and always reply for queries on Whatsapp. I am very happy that I chose MHA for my studies and will complete my ACCA from MHA only!🩷

Both teachers are awesome, i m fully satisfied from Sir owais regarding teaching and Quaries support But Little bit disappointed from sir mustafa regarding Queries support although his teaching is awesome.
