I was very satisfied doing business with these folks. When I called to order my ecm for the car, i mistakenly gave them the wrong part number, luckily after the order and phone call, they corrected my order and sent me the correct part, that was pretty cool. It got here pretty quick. A few days later I got a follow up phone call from them asking if I was satisfied with the part. I told them very much so and thanked them for their great service and follow up. I do recommend these folks and will probably contact them again first should I need anything else. Thanks for your service and friendly professionalism.

They rude af but they have what’s needed

This is my second purchase from you guys and a different vehicle now. You guys are wonderful. Not only are your prices great, you are very helpful and attentive and honest and I really appreciate your help.

First, let me say the price was great. $200 is cheap. That'd be Said that's not all I had to pay. This was supposed to be a plug and play. I got the dreaded P0315. Crankshaft relearn. And when I talk to the guy on the phone he blew it off. Is oh that happened sometimes? But that's not what you said it was plug and play. It took them a long time to get me the PCM. So in reality, it cost me $400. The key we relearn was easy. But they were.
Deceptive, they are flagship one. Which I wanted to stay away from but did not find out until I tried paid for the purchase. One star is all they deserve for being deceptive. If I had known They were flagship one I would not have bought, they have bad Reviews.

The part was received 5 days after it was ordered. Mintt kept me up to date on the programming and let me know when it was shipped. I put it in, used the included instructions and now the car runs great! Thank you

Avoid this company unless they confirm all there representations in writing. Staff is most courteous; management is not.
Before purchasing, I explained my explorer was displaying multiple codes and techs were unsure of exact problem, and soon it would be Thanksgiving. (Ford discontinued PCM so I had to buy refurbished.) Sales rep assured me I had 60 days to return for refund. Refurbished unit would run car, but even more codes appeared. Took to another tech, and called even more. Consensus was to return PCM and start over. Mintt refused to give return label or refund, so I returned at my own expense. Management insists unit had to be received by them within 30 days. Next, without my permission, they sent another unit (or perhaps the same unit???). They have refused to authorize its return too.
I will be filing a court complaint for my $700, outlining misleading and deceptive statements.
Something else: when I pointed out that Mintt warranty referenced 60 days, they rewrote the warranty.

worst company ever they are associated with flagship one, first the ecu was suppose to be plug and play, not plug and play check engine light flashing no crank. I ordered from flagship one and had same issues.I ended up getting it programmed at a dealer where they told me that the programming was completely wrong. ended up spending $375.00 extra for programming and theft programming. DON'T BUY FROM HERE

i ordered a pcm for my 04 colorado hat. as supposed to be “plug and play” along with a quick delivery. needless to say it took close to a month to finally receive the pcm- only after i had to call several times its “in process” and was going to cancel the order- “alberto” then said “give us a chance…..” - a week later they finally shopped it. i installed and followed their procedure - truck would turnnover but not start the (original pcm would start the truck but would stall occasionally and set p061). called mintt/flagship to be told the truck “theft deterrent” and thet would send the procedure to clear that code- since it was advertised to be “plug &play” and they supposedly programmed to my VIN # i would have thought the vin # would have included that in their supposed programming. after trying their “clear theft deterrent” 8 times (their instructions said it may take 2-3 times) i called mintt- they then said to fill out an rma form and their programming dept would let me know if id have to send it back for reprogramming/repair. i waited 4 days for a response - no response and i waited long enough so i removed their pcm and had the truck towed to a GM dealer. the dealer ctecked the truck out a said the pcm was not correctly programmed to my vin#. long story short the dealer reprogrommed the pcm correctly ($400 to correct it) - i contacted alberto, sent him the receipt from the dealer and requested a refund of only their $80 programming fee - (not the $400 i spent to fix their error! )- since mintt did not program properly - alberto said “sorry, cant refund any money u should have returned the unit to us” - i could not afford to wait another month!!! - i thought asking for the $80 programming fee for their blunder was a reasonable request. I will never do budiness wh them!!!!- and theyll never show this review on their site because tgey apparently delete any negative posts. i am also forwarding this review to the local BBB in their area - if u need a pcm try someone else!!!!

Mintt will take your money and tell you that they shipped it out,but after checking with USPS they never sent out the pcm they took the money it took a week to pull it and then lied and said it was sent out on the 25th now I'm out 176 dollars no pcm and they want me to wait on them,they didn't wait to take the money

Bought ECM for my 97 Dodge Intrepid, 3.5 fuel injected- very pleased with level of professional attention I received and followed up with call to them to confirm VIN #. Installation took about 40 minutes, taking my time to clean as much as possible around the unit. First time starting car it ran rough-- shut it off. Then removed the neg cable from battery and waited 30 minutes. Re-attached cable and only turned the ignition key to the "on" position, did not start car. Waited 30 minutes for new ECM to connect all systems in the car and heard a lot of system activity taking place during that same 30 minutes. Turned off then started ignition on, and car started immediately-- ran as smooth as could be. After driving for over 2 weeks now every day, I notice the car performs more like when it was new--- even the transmission shifted more precisely. All good news!
I'm very pleased doing business with MINTT and highly recommend them. I saved over $ 680 in garage labor and napa parts. George Hansen, New Hampshire.
