Do not enroll for cellular service with MINT!
Their service offer is deceiving!
Moreover, to cancel their service is a nightmare!
To have the right agent for billing on the line is almost impossible.
Their menu option for their customer service is insufficient.
Not even to mention getting your account number ad the transfer PIN to enroll with another provider.
Stay away from them!

I went to Mint.com because I thought it was mint mobile. Mint is a life insurance company. It is understandable to mistake 2 with the same name. The site has my bank information. When I went to look how to cancel, it said to go to my phone and download the app. Then I saw there is no app just mint mobile, and there is no way to cancel at all! I will sue them if they take my money.

Seems always to be contaminated with something. Signed up and was told I'd get to renew for my sign up fee of $45 for three months. Went online to establish my account and found out its going to be $40 a month.
Always on the phone with tech support and they don't speak English very well, bless their hearts for trying though. Everyone needs a job. I just need a phone service which will do what they say (this isn't their first rodeo getting it wrong). Liked you as an Actor Ryan, Its why I tried Mint. Should have checked here first. Might watch you again, but probably going back to AT&T. Its $70 a month for just my line and they might treat me like c*#p but at least they don't lie. Oh yeah, one last thing which causes another alarm between my ears, their website doesn't like Brave. That should be warning enough. If I would have tried that before ever contracting with contaMINaTed I would have fled.

Spent many hours with them promising resolution in hang-ups, break ups etc. fluctuating 1-0 bar signal strength. Promises, promises, promises with no resolution. Company did return my money after weeks of the same failure. Very stress producing experience!!!

Mint m a demandé si j était réellement cliente chez eux après avoir mis un avis négatif. Oui j ai ÉTÉ CLIENTE. Vous avez prélevé sans autorisation depuis 2 ans des sommes incompréhensibles et maintenant vous me traitez de menteuse en vérifiant si j ai bien été cliente ???

Vous aurez au départ une offre très intéressante et 6 mois après ils vous augmenteront de la moitié de vos mensualités sans aucune facture détaillée de votre consommation. Ne vous laissez pas avoir. Cette société n'est pas sérieuse. Vous pourrez tenter de les joindre au téléphone on ne vous répondra jamais. C'est l'expérience la plus catastrophique que j'ai connue en matière de consommation. Cette société ne devrait plus exister

Mint énergie vient de racheter Planète Oui dont nous étions clients. Depuis c'est l'opacité la plus complète. Nous avons eu un premier prélèvement bien au dessus de notre conso habituelle et il est impossible de joindre Mint autrement que par chat, et encore faut il qu'ils répondent aux questions. Aucun service client par téléphone. A fuir absolument. Cette entreprise sent l'arnaque à plein nez...

Mint énergie fait des offres alléchantes de -17% sur le tarif EDF. Le problème c'est qu'au bout de 6 mois Mint augmente ses tarifs de 10% ce qui réduit fortement l’intérêt de souscrire chez eux.
Cette pratique est systématique, tous les clients y passent. Mint, à fuir

Nous étions avec un autre fournisseur que MINT a repris. Récemment, nos ordinateurs nous disaient constamment que le modem n'était pas sûr et utilisait un protocole obsolète. Après plus de 14 jours à essayer de les contacter (téléphone, e-mail, téléphone, e-mail, téléphone .......) sans réponse, nous avons changé de fournisseur. Cela a une réponse! Maintenant, ils réclament le retour de 2 modems, dont l'un a été changé il y a plusieurs années, avant qu'ils ne soient notre fournisseur, et que nous n'avons plus. (Quelqu'un garde-t-il de vieux modems - dans votre grenier, dans votre garage - si vous avez la chance d'en avoir un?). Ils vont nous facturer 99 € pour cela! Oh, et ils ont généreusement dit qu'ils renonceraient à nos frais d'annulation de 45 €, même si je suis assuré que notre nouveau fournisseur aurait payé cela pour nous de toute façon, ce qu'ils doivent savoir. Le service client de notre ancien fournisseur était excellent. Triste que MINT soit si horrible.
Will not accept data older than 90 days.
Based on good write-ups I opened account. only then did I find out that I cannot add data older than 90 days. even manually. (I even used their chat to verify).
Then when I went to delete my account, their instructions don't match reality. Again, used Chat to clarify, and you have to request account delete (takes up to 45 days?!!!), except I got "system error, please try again later"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Stay away. I wish I could have found reviews like this before I signed up.
Poor format and experience all around.
Takes a really long time to load accounts. So long I end up just leaving and going to the accounts directly. There should be a way to select priority accounts that are loaded each visit and others that are less frequent. Several of my institutions aren't available with mint at all. Every login at least one or two accounts is having problems I need to 'fix.' Their tech support is arduously slow. Advertisements are overwhelming. Their notices (like about large transactions) are delayed, unhelpful and time wasting. I've informed them of all this for years with no effort to improve on their part.
Terrible backups
Terrible backups. Out of nowhere, I lost all of my history from the past 2 years and they said they can not recover it. Now only have 3 months' worth of data. Pure trash.
customer service SUCKS with Mint...
customer service SUCKS with Mint...half the time there is no chat support, and the other half of the time, they multitask so much that minutes go by between trivial lines of conversation.
The mint site has plenty enough bugs to make you need to report them, but you cant without jumping thru bureaucratic hoops which take FOREVER because the chat operators are working multiple customers at the same time!
