Some room for improvement on communications after purchase to give an indication of delivery dates, but very responsive once you raise questions directly with them!

The whole process went very well. The ordering online was straightforward even for novices like us and the delivery guys were courteous and efficient. As for the product, we are very satisfied and reasonably easy to put together.

Stockholm 6 seater - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING VALUE FOR MONEY. Came within the the delivery time frame, easy to put together. Cushions are really nice fabric, looks so expensive. This is literally the bargain of the century.

Lovely sofa however I ordered the beige and a grey colour has come.

What can I say brilliant!! Website easy to navigate, used a discount code provided by mint, delivery seamless, delivery company called within a few days or ordering confirming a day and morning slot, delivery company/persons friendly and helpful, well packaged , nothing damaged in transit QUALITY product (not like your supermarket furniture) product easy to assemble, clear instructions, I would definitely recommend and would use MINT outdoor again in future!!

The furniture set that we ordered is exactly what we were looking for, it is very comfortable and looks good in it's current setting. The only down side to the set is that unfortunately the 2 clips to join the 2 sofas together are two small, apart from this we are very happy with our purchase.

Having not seen the website before I was a little sceptical as the prices were great compared to other sites online. I didn’t need to worry, the lounge set arrived within the delivery window and we managed to put it together within a couple of hours. The Stockholm set is really good quality and at the moment we cannot fault it. We also hosted a party at the weekend and received lots of compliments. Great first experience, will definitely use again!

Great product, good customer service, however a delay in delivery due to a mass of orders I was told.

We have lived in our house since 2017 and it was time to get a new set for our patio. I picked Mint as their website had fantasic clear top down layout images of the sets we were interested in that made it really easy to make sure everything would fit in the space we had. Communication from the team was great, polite and quick. The delivery company were lovely and phoned when they were ten mins away which gave me a chance to secure the dogs for their arrivial! The set is sturdy and looks amazing, I like the fact that the holes are all threaded which makes putting it together easier (our last set was nuts and bolts which can be tricky in hard to reach areas)

Although the furniture arrived damaged, the issues was dealt with extremely fast. I was offered a replacement or a full refund. I opted for a full refund as I was told the items weren’t going to be in stock for a little while. The refund arrived in my bank the next working day. Great customers services. Will definitely use again in the future.

Fantastic product and support. One of items came slightly damaged from courier. Managed to fix product and Rachel was great and made a gesture of good will which was greatly appreciated. Well used already and still looks brand new.

Stockholm sofa set in grey .

Received my order 1st of April 2025. Came within the 2 weeks estimated . Well packaged and carefully handled. Took half an hour to build with right tools.

I was very worried about cushion depth & comfort but this sofa definitely doesn’t disappoint . They are thicker in real life and the depth suits the frame very well. It is definitely with the money, paired with a table top fire it is just the best setting in our garden. The grey is quite Griege and as I’m a huge beige fan, this was an added bonus. It’s delightful.

Bought the stockholm set..Great price.arrived on time with transport.(THEY CONTACT YOU A WEEK AHEAD).came flat packed in one biggish box..Instructions are clear and concise.I used an electric screwdriver,it took about 1.5 hrs to assemble..Quality of set inc cushions is very good..looks really good.You wont get better for money..
