A dishonest company
A dishonest company. I parked and the Ringo app they use to collect parking fees was out of service. I dashed for my train and then tried repeatedly to get the app to work without success. I appealed on this basis and they simply rejected my appeal. These people are crooks.
Money grabbers
Charged me £100 fine for going over by 21 minutes of what I had paid to park in one of their car parks, even though I am disabled, displayed my badge and appealed (which they denied) letting them know that it takes me longer than able bodied people to get in and out of my car and to and from it. They are not complying with the Equality Act 2010 which includes a duty to make reasonable adjustments for disabled motorists. Sickening.

These lot are absolutely despicable. I got a 100 pound fine for waiting for someone for 16 minutes and then leaving. I had no idea of the area or could see any signage and it was a Sunday morning. I was simply meeting someone, then moving on. I was told in their letter that a reduced rate of 60 pounds was acceptable within 14 days. After that it's 100 and if I appeal its 100 if I lose. What a racket! Apparently you cant get in touch with someone. Be great to have an actual human to have it out with, but these lot are operating behind tightly shut doors and protecting their little racket! Disgusting!
A hateful experience all round
I hope NEVER to have dealings with this unscrupulous company again. We entered their car park, spent a couple of minutes unsuccessfully trying to understand how to pay, and left in frustration within 5 minutes. We were sent a notice of a £100 fine for having spent 1 hour 40 minutes in their car park without paying. They even included a photo of us leaving. Had there been a time stamp on this photo, it would have provided the proof that we left shortly after arriving. I foolishly decided to appeal, thinking that there must have been some mistake, which meant that we lost the early-payment discount; but there IS no appealing. There are no human beings on the ends of their phone lines and emails are automatically produced. Basically, they have you over a barrel. A hateful, de-humanizing, highly stressful experience all round.

An Extortion Racket Based Company LTD
Terrible, terrible company like most private parking companies that seek to extort money from the people. My wife paid for 2 hours of parking as she went to see a movie which had a length of 1 hour and 30 minutes, with our child of 4. Due to a delayed screen time and our child needing frequent toilet journeys, she was late by 17 minutes. With the grace period taken into account that leaves her 7 minutes late before leaving the parking site altogether. I appealed the PCN for her and they rejected it. The return letter from them was one of bullying tactics, for example threatening to charge £100 if a second appeal goes ahead and is again, rejected. Terrible inhumane company, that I hope to see fall for the betterment of all those that genuinely need extra time for emergencies.

This company is outrageous
Minster bay watch is an outrageous company. I submitted legitimate evidences, appealed through their difficult to navigate portal and went onto the next level of appealing, but they are savage and have no empathy whatsoever. please refrain from using this parking space as the signage is very unclear and they are to catch you out for money due to cost of living. This is NOT AN INCENTIVE TO WRIYE ABOUT IT EXCEPT A GENUINE REASON AND CASE.
Beware of touching the hatching in disabled bays!
Parking at Teeside Park, Middlesbrough. Received a fine for tyres touching the outer line of the disabled bay hatching - appeal rejected. Could absolutely understand if I had made it impossible for occupants of adjacent vehicle to access their car, but this was not the case. Obvious from other reviews that the company is intent on extracting fines in whatever way possible.

This company has worked out how to scam you so you can't pay the reduced amount of £60 .we did not receive the the fine until 30day after the fine was issued. And of course there is no way of contacting them to explain this to them. There must be some governing body that can look into the fraudulent acts. Unless Labour own this company too

⭐ Deeply Concerning Experience with Minster Baywatch
My experience with Minster Baywatch and POPLA has been nothing short of shocking. I paid for my parking, had the receipt, and did everything in good faith — yet I was still issued a £100 charge because the RingGo site code was different, even though the car parks share similar names and sit right next to each other.
Despite acknowledging that I paid, acted honestly, and followed the signage available, POPLA rejected the appeal on a narrow technical point. They also refused to consider important clarifications simply because they were raised later in the process.
The whole system feels stacked against genuine motorists who try to comply. Confusing signage, unforgiving rules, and an appeal process that appears rigid rather than fair. A very poor and worrying experience overall.
Needs resolving
I've appealed a fine against this company I received 21st November due to parking in a disabled bay on the 13th november as I'm disabled and had my blue badge in the window of my car I parked in mega bingo for 31 minutes and noticed said upto 3 hours parking in disabled bay I got a fine for £60 which is wrong on there behalf because my badge was fully displayed this company needs to check cameras of a close picture of my badge being displayed I will go seek a solicitor on this matter if it's not resolved properly

Would be zero if possible. Don't mind a fine if done something wrong. I miskeyed a digit for the location. Still paid for a ticket(more than required) but it's not classed as a reasonable excuse. Waiting for the outcome of a complaint. Very overzealous and unfair business.
Absolute scammers!!!!..
Absolute scammers!!!!... parked at fewston reservoir in november 2024 for approx 1 hour. Used the parking meter, followed all instructions, inserted reg then paid by card. NO receipt was issued. Less than a week later parking fine came thru the post for £25. When I checked my bank it hadn't been taken out even though at the time it had said it was approved!!!!
Stood by my guns and appealed it. Was told they would look into it! 2 month later another fine for £125 and letter from Gladstones solicitor. AGAIN I appealed it..... next letter county court judgement and a fee of £220... absolutely fuming!! Ended with ccjs and paying the fine.... sadly will never park at fewston again. All due to parking scammers! Make sure you video any payments you try to make when using there parking meters!

I paid to park my car at a Bransby Wilson Car Park.
I keyed in my reg which I know very well.
I paid for 6 hours when i was only there for an hour and a half and got a parking ticket anyway.
I appealed and sent screenshots of the banking transaction to the company and this was denied because they said i must of keyed in my reg no wrong. No proof i had done this was given. Nor do the car park machines provide receipt of payment!
they did offter to reduce the fine by £5.00 as a gesture of good will!
You can't speak to anyone over the phone or email anyone. Funnily enough they do have sales phone operators but they are rude and refuse to put you through to management.
The letters they send are intimidating and anxiety causing.
Avoid Bransby Wilson car parks at all cost and any other car park associated with this bunch of sharks
Avoid new Lanark heritage
Typical parking company, does not have the facilities to record blue badge holders evidencing them displaying as cameras capture cars entering and leaving. Very predatory to those with disabilities and additional needs. Avoid the new Lanark heritage site
Received a parking fine for Kingston MK…
Received a parking fine for Kingston MK even though no signs to say its anything other than a regular car park, they are claiming its staff only.
No evidence on their letter to prove its staff only such as signage and received way past the chance of appeal date.
Tried emailing them but basically told me we don't deal with appeals on this email and any further emails will be ignored.

This company does nothing but lie ,has no regard for disabled people.
Kingston Carpark in MK will start getting less shoppers using the car park if Minster Baywatch continue to give out fines even when people have been in a life threatening emergency
