Thank you resolution team! Still waiting for refund though. 6 days later..... Still no refund

La ayuda que me dieron para cancelar la suscripción fue buena solo que lo malo fue que no se en que momento me suscribí y no había como una página y aparte me cobraban cada mes de mi tarjeta cuando eso no autorice

They somehow hid behind a Walmart survey, and the survey says I get a TV for 10 dollars. As soon as I put my card info in, I get notified that I was charged like 4 charges totalling $200 from miniwear, who I've never heard of, and it signed me up with a subscription without my approval. Total scam. I got in touch with them, and they told me I agreed to subscription, which was not true, and that if I take down my bad reviews, I'll get all my money back. Again not true. B very carefully here, they at least contacted me again saying they will refund me. But still haven't received it.

I can’t say enough but the EXCELLENT customer service! I was answered online within 5 minutes of inquiry and all my requests were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. You don’t see customer service like this anymore especially online!

After contacting them in regards to incorrect charges on my account, I got a quick response and resolution.

You all took my money and did not send the purchased items. And signed me up and took more of my money without me signing up or authorizing a subscription.

Respond quickly and was completely s satisfied with the outcome

After getting changed for what I thought I ordered and never receiving product. They claim i only bought credits. Credits to what is what I'm trying figure out. The name in my VHS the on my card shows as miniwearz.com but I was ordering a box thru glimmer goods after speaking with a rep I was endured I would be compensated my money spent. Will give better review if I receive a refund of what I spent.

I did not subscribe to this offer ! Do not know how you got my information or account information. I would like to be removed and would appreciate that you no longer withdrawl payments from my account . I’m thankful for Emerald to finally review my problem and resolve my subscription.
