Mini so in Watford is really nice especially compared to Harrow one , there is two lovely ladies that work on a Tuesday and they made my visit to the store very good and I left feeling satisfied I live in Harrow but will now always travel to this store in Watford due to the excellent customer care and service received today

I ordered several items online for my daughter and initially received a shipment confirmation. However, I was later informed that the items were missing, which was quite disappointing. Unfortunately, the items were never delivered, and I have not received a refund.
I have sent multiple follow-up emails to resolve the issue, but I have not received any response. I would appreciate better communication and a prompt resolution in situations like this.
Miniso cancelled our order 35 days for Refund…and still waiting
Miniso cancelled our order, took our money and then after chasing they cancelled.
This was the middle of February they cancelled our order, had to chase several times for our refund and still waiting, 35 days later!!!
Don’t buy or waste your money. Customer service does not even exist.
Miniso used to be good, now it's one of the worst places to pickup TCGs.
I used to like miniso, and I've gotten some great deals from them in the past. However, in late 2025 and 2026 we've had some key changes:
- Miniso have started price gouging TCG products, including Pokemon TCG
- Miniso website has received no investment at all, when product drops it consistently crashes and takes hours to put a transaction through
- Miniso do not care about bots and scalpers and offer basically no protection against them at all
Today Miniso placed Ascended Heroes ETBs on the site at £69.99 - a full 140% of the £49.99 RRP.
It have such a good value for the money…

I would give this zero stars if I could. Dodgy company. Not only do they not send out your full order but they also charge more on the website for the products than they do in stores. It cost £2 more online than it does in their stores. And if you’re ordering more than one thing that can stack up to a lot of extra money spent. Never again will I be buying from here. Customer service is extremely poor too, trying to get in contact with someone is an absolute nightmare and there is no decent reply or thought when you do eventually get a response via email
I will never be ordering again
I will never be ordering from this company again. Last order i was missing 4 items from my order of 7 things. Took over a week to get my money back. I let it go as a one off mistake so I ordered from them again. Even though I never received an apology. However, I’ve just received my next order which I ordered 2 blind boxes and I’ve only received one. This is unacceptable. I will never be ordering from them again.
Wrong price
It was the worst experience in a shop. I bought a keychain Cinnamoroll from Peterborough Queensgate Shopping Centre. The price it was 5.99£. When i went to till to pay they ask me 6.99£. I said i saw another price. I paid 6.99£ and after i checked the price i went back to till to let them know that it is a wrong price at till but she didn't care. All the customer who bought all the keychain ( Cinnamoroll, Hello Kitty, Kuromy and even more)they paid 6.99£ instead to pay 5.99£ and unfurtunataly nobody saw. One pound extra for each customer. I will never buy from this shop anymore. They even didn't apologise for this incovenience
Shoddy customer service
Incorrect items were delivered - one random item when I ordered four things. When I contacted them, they apologised and said they’d send out the correct order but some items may not be in stock now. Lo and behold, I received a partial refund. I waited over a week but still didn’t receive any tracking info for my replacement order. Just waiting on them telling me “oh now these items are out of stock too!” Right before Christmas too. What a sucky company…
Item did arrive within time specified
I was sceptical about ordering on the website as it isn't the best site to use. But went ahead anyway and order was placed. Had a confirmation email come through straight away. I then saw the reviews on here and was filled with dread that my order wouldn't turn up. Although it took 5 days to arrive I did get my items and was kept up to date about the delivery process on the day and what time it would arrive. All in all very happy 😊
Placed an order on the miniso website…
Placed an order on the miniso website which wasn't easy as the site is probably the worst I've ever used, however once the order was placed i recieved a confirmation email and shortly after a dispatch notification with tracking. Delivery took 4 days and i received an email on the day to let me know my items were out for delivery. The items arrived packaged securely in a box, each item was bubble wrapped and there was a fragile sticker on the outer packaging. All items arrived in good condition with no damages. I was quite dubious about ordering from this company as I'd read the reviews after i placed my order but my experience with them has been good so maybe they've learnt from past mistakes 🤷♀️

Ordered some Pokémon cards, order was accepted and "dispatched", 5 days later refunded with no explanation.
Ordered online
I ordered 3rd October. It was gifts for my daughter that is going to be a teenager next week. Got a email to say I ordered. Couldn't log in for updates. Never got a up date or tracking number. kouriten Ltd is what it says on my bank statement. I have reported it to be a scam. I will just have to take my daughter instore now.

Really lovely service today in the metrocentre store. The assistant (strawberry blonde and tall -i’m sorry i didn’t catch your name!!) was so helpful and thoughtful — she put together a Kuromi surprise bag for me since there weren’t any left, which I really appreciated. She was friendly, sweet, and made the whole experience really easy.

They also cancelled one of her orders and she emails them to query why when it was still available to purchase online, nothing back. They have at least refunded for that item.
