I can't recommend Mini Crafts highly enough, especially if you're new to crochet.

I completed the Zuno and Marvin kits, and both were fantastic. The designs are brilliant, the materials are high quality, and everything you need is included, making it really easy to get started.

What truly sets Mini Crafts apart, though, is the customer support. Lyra was absolutely amazing throughout my first project. As a complete beginner, I had lots of questions, but every email was answered quickly with clear, friendly, and genuinely helpful advice. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble.

In fact, I was very close to giving up on crochet altogether, but thanks to Lyra's encouragement and support, I stuck with it and discovered that I genuinely enjoy it. That level of customer service is rare and made all the difference to my experience.

I'd highly recommend Mini Crafts to anyone starting out with crochet, as well as to more experienced crafters who want beautifully designed, ready-to-go kits. The products are excellent, but it's the people behind the brand that make it truly exceptional.

I bought the Necromancer and Druid Bear kits and my lord are the videos not helpful at all. They seemed rushed and not thoughtful towards mere crochet novices like myself and probably many others too.

The package states 3-8 hours to knit this....no chance. As person who loves crafting and dedicating silly time to silly little projects even this has made me throw the towel in out of sheer frustration.

Customer support is non existent and the refund policy is nonsense to be honest.

Overall, if you're a pro and are well experienced with crochet, then by all means purchase this. However, if you're not then steer clear, this is overpriced and a waste of time. Moreover, I've heard that lots of people are charged additional fees to their payment methods later down the line which is utterly disgusting. Luckily that hasn't happened to me yet but again be cautious.

Scam company that put you up with a hidden $29.99 subscription fee a month. Never buy from these companies. You'd have the same crochet experience buying some stuff at your local store and following YouTube tutorials.

I had a very positive experience with Mini Craft.
My order took longer than originally expected because of high demand, which was frustrating at first. However, the customer support I received throughout the process was phenomenal. Lyra was consistently honest, responsive, transparent, and incredibly kind. She kept me updated, answered my questions, and made it clear that she genuinely cared about my experience.
I made Blazer the Fire Dragon, and while the finished projects may not always look exactly like the highly polished photos on the website, they are still extremely cute. I was very happy with how my Blazer turned out and genuinely enjoyed making him.
I also appreciated that this kit introduced me to stitches and techniques I had not previously learned through other companies' kits. It was a fun challenge and a great way to expand my skills and confidence as a crocheter.
Overall, I enjoyed the project and was especially impressed by the customer service. Mini Craft’s support was honest, thoughtful, and remarkably responsive. That made a tremendous difference, and I intend to order from them again.

My kids got 2 kits. They are high quality and guides are great. A bit of pre-knowledge about knitting will be helpful :D Not 5 stars due to some "opportunities" when polishing on their ux. 5 stars on the products though! And jackpot on customer service.

2 months and I still haven't received my product, PLUS, THEY ADDED A $32 MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION TO MY CREDIT CARD WITHOUT MY CONSENT UPON PURCHASE.
Absolute scam, disgusting company.

I made a one-time purchase of a kit which arrived and is quite nice. However, this purchase of a single item apparently included a hidden subscription that I was not informed about. They refused to give a refund for this subscription fee. Do not order from them. They will fraudulently charge you for things you did not order.

Update:
After telling them that I would leave this review, they finally gave me a refund and I received my money back. I'm glad that there was a good conclusion to this, but I still strongly advise you against buying anything from them due to their deceptive business practices. In no world should buying a single kit sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge. Hiding that and then charging people 32 EUR a month later is incredibly dishonest. They're essentially relying on you not noticing that you've been charged, which becomes even more clear when there is no clear option to unsubscribe when they send you the confirmation letter for the subscription that you did not purchase. And instead of begging people to change negative reviews, they should simply be honest.

Company uses predatory hidden subscriptions to trick unaware buyers into expensive "memberships". We managed to cancel the membership eventually but they make it very difficult as they "hide" the cancel button via a very uncommon user flow. Technically it works but it's not like any other normal retailer website. Do not buy here as they are scammers.

I particularly like the designs from Minicrafts. The customer communication is excellent. Follow up to questions and out reach is very prompt

Everything seemed fine at the beginning, except that they didn't ship the free kit (which in other reviews is mentioned as being only a PDF??). Then they activated a 32€ monthly subscription on my card without telling me and without an option to unsubscribe that I'm able to see. I have already asked for a refund and blocked future payments. I hope I will not have to signal them as fraud to my bank to have my money back.

These products made me relearn and re-love crocheting. I think I’ve learned more from these projects than the time I took classes for it. Other than than the customer service is excellent! When I first emailed them asking them query I didn’t expect them to get back to me right away and actually do follow ups! I always feel like I’m talking to genuine person on the other end and has motivated me to continue purchasing from them cause I know they will take care of my orders.

Adorable patterns with lots of creative details and clear instructions overall. A few designs needed small adjustments, and not every finished toy matched my expectations, but I still enjoyed making them. Customer service was very responsive and has already taken all of my comments into consideration. Overall, a lovely collection with plenty of charm.

I bought some crochet sets as a gift and my wife loved them. The quality, design and packaging were all amazing.
I had a misunderstanding and issue with the subscription, but Lyra from customer service helped me solve the problem in no time. Always very friendly and professional.
Would fully recommend them.

I made an error in my order and Lyra was wonderful and patient to explain what happened and was fast acting. When I received my product was very happy with it. I 100% recommend you will not be disappointed :)

I ordered several of their kits and I love them. I coudnt crochet at all, but the videos the provide are very clear and after two kits, I could crochet without a video and only with a pattern. The materials are very good for beginners. Sometimes it can take a while before your irder is shipped, but ones they are delivered everything is fine and there customerservice is fast, very kind and helpful.

Minicrafts customer service is amazing! The kit designs are super cute and keep me coming back to purchase more.

I have purchased an Item as a gift and a month after, I had an automatic charge for a subscription I did not agree on. I've just literally got charged 30+ EUR out of thin air.

There is no subscription mentioned in the profile, no recurring payments, no nothing. This website is a scam.

EDIT: I have received a refund for the subscription, had it canceled and explained that the additional service I was given wasn't mentioned anywhere nor had my own option to cancel it.

I have been incredibly impressed with everything related to Mini Craft Co. From the day I placed my order until today I have received the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Lyra has responded to all my emails giving encouragement and suggestions with kindness and grace. She has been my cheerleader! I have never crocheted anything in my life and I was completely overwhelmed. I wanted to make these critters as a gift for a client and so it was important to me that they be done well. I didn’t think I could do it! But now I have completed three projects. The quality of the kits is exceptional. I really like the yarn which is very forgiving and the kits have everything you need. The tutorial videos are very well done and I have relied on them to teach me how to crochet! Honestly I cannot adequately express my appreciation and regard for this company. I would choose them over any other offering on the market.

Fun Fantasy Crochet Kits!
Big fan of fantasy and magical creatures, I got the Oberon the capybara mage and Hollow the necromancer and love the quality of the yarn, and kit overall! Instructions were easy to follow, I printed the instructions out so I could teach myself to read patterns, but the videos are super helpful anytime I needed to verify I did a round correctly.
