I signed up for what I believed was a one-time ADHD test, only to discover weeks later that I’d been charged nearly $60AUD for a subscription I never knowingly agreed to. I never used the service beyond that initial test and had no idea I was being signed up for ongoing billing.

Their “free trial” is a trap, buried in fine print, and it’s clear from the countless similar reviews that this is a deliberate strategy. When I reached out for a refund, they refused - even though they can clearly see I never logged in after the test.

It’s disgraceful, especially for a company claiming to support mental health. Their actions show zero empathy or integrity. Avoid this service…there are far more transparent and ethical alternatives out there.

Total Scam - I never agreed to subscribe and can't get a refund. F#$% them, scammers.

It’s a scam. Tried to cancel really hard to do this and it’s expensive at £30 a month.

I paid to get results for an ASD test and paid 1.99. When you pay for it there is an option to subscribe; I DID NOT click to subscribe because I only wanted the one time result. A week later I was charged $19.99 for a “preapproved subscription.” Their phone goes straight to voicemail and nobody emails me back. Over the time span of a week trying to get my money back I got one email from a Monica stating that my subscription (that I never agreed to) has been cancelled but was not given my money back nor was I given any type of cancellation confirmation. Now I am having to work through PayPal to hopefully get my money back.

What a horrible company, money hungry and there to take as much from you as they can. They do not clearly state that by taking a test, that you pay for, then you are also signing up to continue paying them, even if you do not use the poor service they provide. Please, for your sake, don’t use this money hungry company!!

I have the same experience as everyone else. I paid $1.99 to get an ADHD test result, but was charged $19.99 for a monthly subscription. I AM CERTAIN that I did not agree to subscribe since I was just getting the test result. I asked for a reversal but they did not agree. After cancellation, I only have 7 days before my PAID subscription expires even though I paid for the whole month. What’s worse is that the subscription doesn’t make any sense because there is NOTHING.

I took asd and adhd tests on last week and paid for them and now they charged my debit card for $29.99 AUD without my permission which I’m assuming is for ongoing membership. The only reason why I looked this charge up is because my debit card account was overdrawn and I had an alert from my bank to bring the account in plus. There was no indication from mindmetric that I was signing up for ongoing membership. I emailed them asking to rectify as I don’t want membership and to reverse the charge
Just a scam

I took a test, had to pay 3 CAD for the result which tricked me into a subscription. Got no confirmation mail about it and then 7 days later they charge me 30 CAD. I mail back and forth and finally they agree to pay me back. I also told them to remove my payment details which they haven’t confirmed so I believe that they auto reply with predefined messages. So if you are a victim just keep on fighting back and you will get your money back. There is a Reddit thread about this issue which can help you in how to convince them to pay back for their scam.

Similar experience to everyone else. I usually read terms & conditions before signing up to anything so I was suprised to have a monthly charge. I cancelled them from bank side and on their supposed bad website I unsubsribed. No chance of a refund I'd say.

Scam. They will surreptitiously subscribe you and charge you £30 a month.

Total scam. Paid for an assessment and was charged for a monthly subscription. They confirmed my cancellation but said I subscribed to their service (I didn’t) so I don’t get a refund. Don’t use their service!

Thieves and Robbers ! … I DID NOT SUBSCRIBE TO ANYTHING! Thankfully i always keep my money out of my accounts so payment was Declined! You ain’t stealing from me !! NEVER USE THIS SITE !

This is a scam. You pay 1.9 dollars per one test and then, after a few days, they charge you 30 dollars and keep charging you unless you unsubscribe. Sickening.

Huge scam. I took a one time test for less than two dollars. I didn't subscribe to anything. They considered me subscribed and I got charged twice 30 AUD (about 20 euros). No customer service, not even an email to claim reimbursement. This is fraudulent practices and they know no one will attempt to sue them for such amounts, let alone from abroad. Fly you fools.

Scam!! Purchased a simple test and they subscribed me into a totally unrelated thing. Avoid avoid. Only in the uk this scammers are allowed to operate

I will be trying to take this further through my bank to get a refund.

Scum of the earth these people deceiving you and taking peoples hard earned money. STAY AWAY from this scam
