SCAM!! Run away from them!

SCAM. Paid 0.99 USD for the trial and a few days later they are trying to charge 149 USD from my card. I cancelled the anual subscription plan right after paying the trial as I knew they would charge me, but even after cancelling they tried to steal my money!!! I have proof that I cancelled my subscription!!!

But they are thieves and don’t care. For the past 2 days Stripe is sending me 5 emails a day saying that Mindfuleve is trying to charge me.

AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS AT ALL COST.

They stole 240 AUD from my card and claimed I signed up for a membership which I didn’t then I reached out to customer service to demand a refund. They seemed very understanding and told me that the refund have been processed and it should be in my account from 1 to 3 days but it’s been 7 days and still NOTHING. Absolute Scam. I WANT MY REFUND!

I had a great experience with Louise, (a corporate support manager) in cancelling my membership. Mindfuleve offers a monthly membership, and that particular benefit does not apply to me. For people that are looking for several programs I can see how they can benefit from it. Anyways I was very pleased with the support service, highly recomend it

They charged for a yearly subscription…

They charged for a yearly subscription which I found unusual because I don't remember singing up, but let's say I made a mistake, okay, then I asked to cancel this subscription cause I didn't want it and they advertise a 14 days money back guarantee on their website so it should be smooth. And they do not do anything about this. Obviously. This is where it got definitely a massive SCAM. I won't let it slip though

Great, Kind Customer Service

Very interesting courses. I haven't gone through all of them, but excited to try the few i bought. I accidentally clicked on "free trial subscription" and didn't know until I was charged a week later $89 for a full month. I had no idea what this was for. I contacted customer service and they helped me sort it out with letting me cancel since it was the same day I got charged, and refunded me. I feel really confident in their business and will be more inclined to get a subscription in the future when I am ready for the full package. The customer service team is great and really kind.

It’s a scam. The hosting site will charge you 89 dollars after you sign up… even if you opt out of the trial and subscription. Disgusting behavior and business tactics. Don’t trust this course or the site hosting it.

Watch out!!! Stay away from this website

Only booked a small course for 19$, and I really watched out that it was only this, and after some days they tried to take another 89$ from the credit card for no reason! I didn’t book anything else. Stay far away from these website, very dubious and reprehensible, not mindful at all.

Bought a vocal yoga course and the…

Bought a vocal yoga course and the instructions are minimal at best and even when they are there, they don't go along with the singing part of the lesson.

Also, they show you ads for their other courses in between EACH lesson! Who does that? And the course you purchase is practically hidden halfway down the page after a bunch of ads for other courses.

I don't even know if I can get my money back; can't find info on that.

Bottom line is that I give up on this course and never buying anything else from these people due to the low quality.

This same company either owns this other website, Vitalyra, or they use the identical platform and interface. It's the same thing there. Difficult to find the course you purchased once logged in, a bunch of ads for other courses they sell crowded at the top and an ad between each lesson in courses you purchased. The course I purchased on that platform is a little better and I'll keep doing it, but being assaulted by ads in each of the lesson is irritating, needless to say.

This company is going to have to do better if they want to gain the trust of Americans. Otherwise, just stick to selling in Russia if they're happy over there with this sort of setup when they buy courses.

Russian site, steals credit card info

I signed up for a course that never worked, then this company signed me up for an $89 membership even though I had opted out and they saved my credit card info when I didn’t give permission. Then when this charge showed up, I clicked support and it is all in Russian. Apple credit card/goldman sachs will NOT back you and send back the charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY EVER!!!

Annoying and Time Wasting Fraud!

Sadly, this scam must be pretty new. I fell for it and now can't get access to the course I bought or out of the subscription I didn't purchase. If you are in the US, I recommend writing letters to the Attorneys General for the United States and the state you live in to get these folks shut down. You can also dispute the charges with your credit card company.
