Save your money and shop direct through…

Save your money and shop direct through TEMU.. the product arrived, poorly packaged, with badly translated English and Chinese writing all over the box. Not at all what’s shown on the website. Ridiculous price for a cheap overseas product. The positive reviews for this product MUST be friends and family. BUYER BEWARE!

We've tried looking for you in our customer database but it we've never had a customer with your name order from us before. You might have purchased from a different business?

In any case, we just want to clarify that our reviews have always been genuine and organic. You can read through the hundreds of reviews on our Facebook ads from customers who say they they are satisfied with the blocks, and their kids/grandkids/nieces/nephews absolutely love the blocks.

We've had many schools, childcare centres and psychology clinics as customers and we've not had any negative feedback from them regarding the actual blocks, in fact many are return customers.

Cheap item

Picked this website as it appeared to be an Australian Product supporting an Australian Business. When item arrived it was a cheap item from China. Checked website Temu and found the same item for less than half the price. For something my kids will only use for a short time I should have saved money and got them straight from Temu.

We'd like to clarify that we are indeed an Australian business registered with ASIC, and we have an ACN and ABN displayed on our website for transparency. We are an Aussie-run family business based in Melbourne.

Like many other businesses, we source our products from abroad, and in some cases, we have them shipped directly to customers from the warehouses overseas, as it avoids passing on the hefty shipping and import tax costs to our customers.

We can assure you that our products are not from 'Temu'.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer service, so if you were disappointed in the product, we would have been happy to give you a refund in full if you had reached out directly.

In any case, we hope your kids get much joy out of the blocks as our 4 kids have.

Something that beats technology and beats it long term!!

It’s so rare these days to be able to experience a company who clearly is dedicated to their customers. They went above and beyond to answer my questions and ensure I received the package in time for my son’s birthday.

I was at a loss as to what to get him, and as much as it pains me to say but nothing seemed to compete with technology.

It was by chance that I stumbled across ‘MindCrafts’ and their magnetic blocks and I was really unsure on how my son would engage with them.

Well I can safely and confidently say that it is by far one of the most amazing products for kids (and adults) of all ages.
My 6 year old son has not stopped creating with them, he hasn’t asked for his iPad once for days. My 12 year old daughter is also finding herself addicted to creating with them!

We will definitely be adding to our bundle soon that’s for sure!!

Customer service is top notch

Customer service is top notch, highly attentive to my questions. The blocks are open ended, so there are many ways to play. The whole family loves them!

I was extremely disappointed when I…

I was extremely disappointed when I received the blocks as they are very small compared to the photos on the website. I had hoped for more substantial blocks that when the grandchildren were building with them they would be able to create quite a good size structure. The quality appears good but advertising ins misleading.

Hi Lorelle, we were disappointed to see your 1-star review, especially after our conversation this morning where we clarified the situation and even provided you with a personalized discount code.

As we discussed, the product pages consistently state that the blocks are 20mm x 20mm x 20mm. The images we use are almost entirely from actual customers featuring the blocks, and we also sent you screenshots highlighting where the block dimensions are clearly indicated (more than once) on the product page.

Additionally, as per our money-back guarantee, we offered you a full refund upon the return of the blocks, which you declined.

Fantastic Minecraft blocks and customer service!

The Minecraft blocks are absolutely fabulous! We got a big set for our kids and a bunch of extras and they are a massive hit with the whole family. There was a mix up with one set of blocks in the warehouse and not only were we refunded but we were sent free sets of blocks immediately. This is a great company with fabulous customer service. Highly recommend!!!

I purchased the 500 block package and…

I purchased the 500 block package and my grandchildren aged 5-15 are obsessed with the blocks and creating all sorts of things with them.
Their creativity is wonderful to watch ! So happy with my purchase and Grandma’s house is now the place to be 😃

I was extremely impressed with the Mindcrafts product I purchased, my grandchildren played with them for hours and have now persuaded me to buy add ons. I would highly recommend Mindcrafts.

5 star customer service

I was introduced to Mind Craft blocks after my sister purchased some. I was amazed at how much the kids loved them. Hours of creative play impressed me so much so that I purchased my own set. The team has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience purchasing was 5 star. Quite honestly the best customer service I have ever received from any online store. Highly recommend!
