I required my tapware fairly quickly and the customer service was excellent, they assisted in having my items posted as soon as possible and they arrived in time for the plumber to install. The tapware is of the highest quality and I would recommend purchasing any of your tapware needs from Mimicoco

Purchased a Ceramic Vanity Basin online, and the Pricing was Very competitive. The entire transaction was easy and trouble-free, and we were notified via email about the progress of the order at every stage of the transaction... the Basin was delivered Promptly, and with No damage at all.

Sales staff were extremely helpful with identifying the exact product I needed to replace my existing unit and followed up with my order both with confirmation when it came in and as to where to go to collect it.

Ordered a vanity unit during Xmas / New Year break knowing Mimicoco was closed until Jan 8. Jan 11 I received notification that my order was dispatched and tracking details provided. Item arrived within 3 days .

Got exactly what I needed at a great price online with minimum fuss.

Communication was great. The tap I ordered was out of stock but I was kept informed the whole way. When I revived it it’s also a great match to my other warm brushed nickel Tapware for the shower, which is great.

Could not take ownership whether my parcel was lost in transit or had simply not been shipped yet, played the blame game with StarTrack stating that it's their issue for the reasoning behind my delay.

Further investigation via StarTrack query uncovered that it actually had never been scanned at the warehouse facility and never boarded a StarTrack courier, however sent me a confirmation email stating that the delivery had been dispatched 2 weeks ago. I received my package 2 weeks late and payed for express shipping.

Was not impressed with the service I received and the lack of interest in helping my query, any query I had was taken light heartedly and I was told to "sort my issues out with Aus post" however the package was never in Aus posts possession.

The immediate solution was "would you like a full refund" however all I wanted to know was whether my parcel was coming on time or not, the customer consultants sent me on a wild goose chase for an answer they couldn't take ownership of.

Mimicoco was able to get the drains I wanted quickly and they were very accommodating with the pick-up and very competitively priced!

Customer service was second to none as needed to contact directly and my queries were solved very efficiently and kindly. I shopped around for my bathroom goods and the prices were significantly the best here.

The process was very easy and all questions were answered quickly. Delevery driver was helpfull and polite. Overall and simple and painless process.

Mimicoco was a pleasure to deal with. Great prices on tapware and easy to purchase online.
Would definitely purchase from again.

You need a new courier service for your deliveries. Taking to long to deliver my items.

I had a great experience with mimicoco, in particular their costumer service. I had issue with delivery, not mimico's fault and their were very efficient and help resolve the issue.

I received 1 tile, and i ordered 2. $17 for 1 tile???? Complete rip off. The tiles are tiny, and the parcel took forever. Another company sent me 3 tiles for $15 that are twice the size. Thank you, but I will not be placing my order with you. Disappointing experience.

Product was just what we wanted to cover our kitchen sink.

We had a really good experience when they replaced the product which they don't have in stock, it's easy and the staff is very considerate.
