Όλοι όσοι εργάζονται στο κατάστημα γνωρίζουν άψογα τη δουλειά τους. Λόγω του lockdown η παραγγελία έγινε διαδικτυακά σε συνδυασμό με τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία. Παρήγγειλα ενα δερμάτινο μπουφαν αρχές Ιανουαρίου 2021 μέσω ίντερνετ και συνεννοήθηκα τηλεφωνικά για να περιγράψω το σωματότυπό μου ώστε να με συμβουλέψουν. Εξεπλάγην από το γεγονός οτι αμέσως μου είπαν οτι οποιαδήποτε αλλαγή (στένεμα που ενδεχομένως να χρειαζόμουν) στο ρούχο, μπορεί να γίνει -άνευ χρεώσεως- και αφού έχω παραλάβει το ρούχο και το εχω δοκιμάσει.

Η παράδοση έγινε εντός 3 ημερών και πράγματι ζήτησα ένα μικρο στένεμα στους ώμους το οποίο το πραγματοποίησαν εντός 2 ημερών.

Η ποιότητα του δέρματος φαίνεται και στην όψη και στην υφή. Το φοράω κάθε μέρα και χαίρομαι.

What an outstanding shop!!! I live in Austria and it’s hard to find high quality leather and fur jackets and accessories for a pleasant price. I wasn’t looking for jackets, but when I have visited their homepage, I fell in love with them. I couldn’t be there in person, so they send me the jackets I have chosen. I am very thankful for this quick and friendly service. As I saw the quality and great handwork of these jackets, I was happy and satisfied with my decision. So beautiful!!! Due to the fantastic and friendly communication it was absolute no problem, to make one of them a little smaller. Can’t wait to wear them .... so if you searching for professional, great work in leather or fur jackets, also small accessories for yourself or as a gift, I can highly recommend this shop. Εξαιρετική και γρηγορη εξυπηρέτηση και γρήγορη μεταποίηση στο μέγεθος μου. Στο παρελθόν είχα πρόβλημα να βρω ακριβώς αυτό που ήθελα. Βρήκα μεγάλη ποικιλία και με αρκετά να μπορούν να εξατομικευτουν! Έχω αγοράσει ήδη 2 δερματινα μπουφάν!

Initially triggered by the wide selection of men’s leather jackets i browsed on their website and the shiny, state-of-the-art photos, I decided to visit the store and check on the menswear myself. Staff makes you feel welcome and helps you find what you are looking for. The leather jackets collection available was even larger than what was seen online and the pricing was very good for real leather. A store one should definitely consider if interested in buying real leather or fur outerwear in fair prices!

Άμεση επικοινωνία για διευκρινήσεις σχετικά με την παράδοση, (προθυμοποιήθηκαν να μου το φέρουν με ταξί!!-επικοινωνία συνεχόμενη ώσπου το προιόν να φύγει από τις εγκαταστάσεις τους-δεν το έχω ξανασυναντήσει σε ιντερνετικές αγορές!!!!!) , τέλειο αμπαλάζ χριστουγεννιάτικου δώρου!!!
Αν ξαναχρειαστώ δερμάτινο θα επισκεφτώ την ιστοσελίδα τους , και σκέφτομαι να επισκεφτώ το κατάστημα εφόσον αποκατασταθεί η "κανονικότητά" μας!!

Λόγω του ότι μένω στο Αγρίνιο έκανα την αγορά μου εύκολα και ομαλά μέσω του eshop και τηλεφωνικής επικοινωνίας που είχα με την εταιρεία. Το παντελόνι που παρήγγειλα ήταν εξαιρετικό. Τέλος το προσωπικό που μίλησα στο τηλέφωνο ήταν φιλικό, εξυπηρετικό και με βοήθησε αρκετά.

Εξαιρετικό κατάστημα με μεγάλη ποικιλία καλαίσθητων και προσεκτικά επιλεγμένων προϊόντων. Αγόρασα δωράκια για τις γιορτές και έμεινα πολύ ικανοποιημένη.

As a regular client of Milonas-Karanikas I have really enjoyed my client experience everytime I would visit the store. And recently I was glad to find out that their online services paired the quality of a physical visit. The showroom is a welcoming environment where you can get exclusive service by a helpful staff that will lead you discretely to make the best choice for you out of a great variety of must-haves! I pay attention to details and want to feel something before I get to buy it. That is why I could say that I am not really a fan of e-shopping. However M-K broke those barriers for me. The site menu is more than easy to navigate and in fact well-organised. The introduction of branded outwear with a more than fair pricing during sales season has captivated me, while the good old tailor-made collection is Milan-level! Last but not least the small accessories, from earings to anything you can imagine (even leather charging cell phone sachets) at such reasonable prices, have been great gift ideas with just a click away and right-away delivery even during the festive season. All in all they know how to stay traditional while constantly reinventing themselves. Good job!
