Misleading product info. I tried to cancel my order after 12hrs and did'nt allow it. Their response to was (wait until i receive it and initiate a return if i dont like to keep it. Heated gloves worth $45, in reality its $5 wintef gloves after i double check the items i purchased with other seller. Beware of this store is a scam.

Ordered a branded item from here (it has since been changed to unbranded) and a cheap fake arrived in 2 weeks from China. Was offered a 'generous' 20% refund to avoid the hassle of returning but a credit card chargeback is on the way. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY

I ordered a corduroy dress from this company which appears to be out of England. The dress came from China and was of a very poor quality. I made an attempt to return it but the return address is China and I would have to pay for the shipping. Very dissatisfied with my purchase. A waste of money. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company.

I paid for a hoodie over a month ago.
No sign of anything and no refund despite requests.
I would advise people not to buy from this company

Nothing like the pictures on the website, do not buy from this do called retailer. I bought it as it looked class, it was advertised as originally cost over £60, reduced to £32. When it arrived... from China is was absolutely shocking, nothing like the pictures on the website! This company is a scam, who doesn't support or care for its unsuspecting buyers. False advertising & will not accept responsibility for their wrong doings. DO NOT buy from this company!

This review contains a few facts which you may wish to take into consideration before purchasing any items. I brought 2 men’s jackets a Medium & Large as I was unsure of the fit. The company website has the look of a U.K. based company, however they are based in the Netherlands, Milner Fashion is just a shop front for several suppliers based around the world but primarily in Asia and China. The jackets arrived within 2 weeks of ordering and although the chest sizes were different the arm lengths were both the same which proved to be too short for me. The website says to contact them to arrange returns and their first response was to offer me a 20% refund asking again for a refund they then offered a 30% refund. I insisted I wished to have a FULL refund and would be returning the goods to the address registered in the Netherlands. I was then told it had to be returned to a flat in China at my own cost. Having then looked at their refund policy it does state return costs are the responsibility of the customer. It cost me well over £20 to return China but if was to be sent to the Netherlands, which I initially thought, it would have been a third of the price. Eventually I received a full refund. My advice is to ensure whatever you order from this company you will never want to return as they do not tell you at the time of purchase where in the world you will need to return goods.

My husband ordered a cashmere camel jacket from Milner fashion based in uk! The jacket came in a plastic bag from China not at all as the photos on Web page! They have offered 20% off or we must send back to China for full refund! The quality of the jacket was disgraceful

Millionaire watch of Lebanon was a nice watch, but had some falls. I think it was too expensive for the quality. Within about a month, the battery died in the watch, which is unacceptable since batteries in watches are supposed to last a year. Another thing the strap fell off in about three months, which means it’s not durable for wearing every day. Plus another thing the watch rusted very quickly within two weeks of buying it, which I thought was ridiculous because as a watch person, I love watches, and the quality of this watch was highly not what I expected. For anyone buying a watch I recommend looking at other brands because this brand is not durable and not worth the price.

My son bought a Millner watch for me for my birthday, within the first 4 months the watch case started to fade to a copper colour, it is now completely copper. The stainless steel wrist band is still in excellent condition.

My Millner watch is of a VERY LOW standard: two new leather straps broke within 3 months after purchase, then while being repaired (each Strap Replacement took a couple of months), the watch face was damaged. Millner replaced the watch. Then the new watch stopped working again after 3 months. The battery was changed, for the second watch was supplied with a faulty battery. Then after 4 months the same thing happened. The watch continued to stop. Obviously there is something grossly wrong with this product. Millner will now do nothing for me and the agent has severed contact with Millner. So Beware of Millner.

El servicio de atención al cliente es un truño, no hay teléfono, y el correo del que dispones no te contestan hasta pasados unos meses y en caso de que te quieran resolver el problema, te ves que has sido engañado, se gastan más dinero en marketing y aparentar ser una marca increíble y sin embargo no le dan importancia a las quejas continuas..
yo sigo sin haber recibido los 89€ que me gaste en un reloj que a la semana dejo de funcionar, me lo cambiaron después de tres meses de la compra y volvió a pasar lo mismo, a todo esto también tengo que decir que compre el reloj en navidades del 2020, pues el reloj ponía en 24h tienes tú pedido( cosa que sino no puedes cumplir pues no lo digas o bien no cobres los gastos de envío que ya es de tener poca vergüenza..) pues me llegó 2 meses con retraso ..

Hace unos 6 meses un par de pendientes de su página web y tardaron como dos semanas en llegar. Cuando por fin llego un paquete, resulta que no era de Millner Co si no de Ali Express. Abrí el paquete y era lo que yo había pedido. Entro en la web de Ali Express para encontrar los productos que he recibido y resulta que cuestan como 1€ o ni siquiera tanto y entonces me cabreé y les escribí un email porque claro, yo había pagado 30€ por pendiente. Al final, al mandarle fotos y todo conseguí que me devolvieran el dinero (lo cual tardó como un mes también pero bueno).
No compréis ahí, en serio, hay muchas tiendas online con joyería que son parecidas y no compensa que te timen así.

Pague por un pedido que nunca recibí, escribí dos emails y me contestaron al segundo email disculpándose y comentándome la devolución que me iban a realizar del importe, el cual no recibí. Total, me quede sin 29€ y sin productos, no sé cómo una página con tantos seguidores y con una imagen de marca como es la pareja de cristiano Ronaldo puede darse el capricho de dar una tan pésima oferta al cliente.

Commande faite le 25/08 et toujours pas reçu ni même de message disant que la livraison est en cours , pas de réponse au messages envoyé au service client non plus ou à leur mail , les avis déçus étaient vrai.. à fuir.

Im August letzten Jahres habe ich hier Schmuck bestellt. Davon kamen 2 von 5 Sachen an. Auf den Rest warte ich immernoch. Ich habe Anfang Dezember eine E-Mail geschrieben und bis heute keine Antwort erhalten!

I ordered a watch on Sep 6th, and I still didn’t get it. I sent them an email to which they still haven’t responded. I requested a chargeback which their bank denied. DO NOT order from this company!!! it is a scam!

In hopes of maybe getting a refund, or my package, my order number is M219583.

EDIT: I finally managed to get my money back through chargeback from their bank. I hope everyone manages to do the same.

Joyas y relojes de muy buena calidad. Me ducho incluso con ellas y se mantienen como el primer día. Además, los envíos son muy rápidos. Lo recomiendo 100% y seguiré comprando en la web.

I never bad So much problems in shopping online! I spent 60€ in this store In the beggining of septemver, its 3th november and I still dont have everything i bought.
