Absolute scam...over 2 months to get.. would not let cancel order .. would not let return when undies came in a child's size.. terrible company

I ordered a 5 pack on Feb 18. Have not received as of this day, April 4, 2026. Sent an email 4 weeks later that I had not received. Was told they were having trouble with their shipping company. I sent another email canceling my order and requesting a refund. Below is the email I received:

I've had a look at your order, and I can confirm it's all processed and on its way. Unfortunately, once an order's been processed, we can't cancel or change it.
But don't worry – if the package doesn't meet your expectations when it arrives, you can always kick off a return. Just give us a shout, and we'll walk you through the return process.

I seldom order on line and now I know why. What I feel about this company and person I dealt with I can not repeat here. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! SCAM!!!!

The product ordered didn’t match the product delivered 43 days later from China. Product delivered were sized for a young boy, not an adult male. Representative would not accept return and would not provide a full refund. DON’T ORDER FROM MILLER UNDIES. ITS A SCAM,

Purchased my item and did not receive them reached out to Miller's they send link that my package was delivered and it was have door bell cameras and it was no delivery on the date they said it was delivered

Same thing as others: sent product that was supposed to be EXTRA LARGE MENS that wouldn’t fit a child. No refund and wanted $17.99 to exchange. STAY AWAY.

This company sent me the wrong size undies that would fit a child and when I wanted to return the product they gave me the runaround stating we’ll give you 30% of your money back and you can keep the product. But that doesn’t help me because the product is too small and I just want my money back. Then they stated we can’t accept the product because it’s a hygiene product. If that’s the case, why don’t you have that stated on your website? Long story, short, I had to contact my bank to get my refund.
