Professional and Thorough job. The company rang the day before to confirm the time and arrived when they said they would. They offered some useful advice about preventing future infestations.

When we discovered a suspected rat infestation, Steve came round the same day. Efficient communications, and a professional and effective service. We had a couple of follow-up visits, including some helpful advice on how to prevent further problems. No hesitation in thoroughly recommending them.

The staff both in office and ‘in the field’ were informative and helpful. The operatives were very knowledgeable and thorough and ready to answer our questions fully.

No one wants rats, do they? But they are around and little Roland passed by our window one day as he skipped around the garden. Our local authority has passed the contract for dealing with all things creepy and crawly to Millennium Pest Control and for a charge of under £70 they took on the job of dealing with the issue. Administratively, they were excellent - picking up the phone, arranging the initial visit and a later follow-up, reminding in advance of both visits by telephone call/message and an email and finally reporting back on outcomes with a pdf report on each occasion. The 'Ratman' (aka Jamie, but without a cape) arrived promptly in his ratmobile (no name on the side in order not to scare the neighbours) and he was excellent too - thorough and friendly in his approach and with helpful advice to hand. And Roland? Gone but not forgotten, thanks to Millennium Pest Control.

We have been customers of Millenium Pest Control for many years and have found them very professional and rapid in their response to any requests.

Office staff and engineers were extremely helpful. Came out next day for first call, plenty of instructions etc. Very pleased with the service would recommend.

When hearing that horrific sound of little feet running across our loft we immediately catastraphised the situation. A quick message on the online chat and then a call at 8am on Monday morning to Millenium Pest Control has been well worth it. Within 2 hours we had been visited by one of their experts, Jamie B, who put our minds at ease very quickly. He was polite and friendly, not phased by the barking dog and got to work in the loft. He talked us through what he was doing, checked to see where our new friend may have got into the loft and explained about the differences and times of noises. After leaving the necessary in the loft, tidying up and also checking outside for us gave us some tips and will be coming back in 2 weeks to check on the progress. I can’t recommend highly enough, and the dog was a fan too :)
