I had a nice surprise from my VIP manager 😊 It's really nice when he contacts you and gives you a bonus. I really appreciate it. Thanks Paul! 👍

Rip off it waits for you to get close to think that you’re winning and you end up not winning. They want you to put more money on the account. I played a game where it took all my coins that I want away and then told me to put more money on a game it’s a scam and a rip off.

Vorsicht Verbrecher , spielt hier ja nicht

All positive reviews here are fraudulent. As usually. This casino is there straight only for stealing your money. Owners should be put into slaughterhouse, nothing more, nothing less. SKEM

I have just joined and so far . good selection of games I love it 😍

Good games but no wager free spins are not no wager if you need to wager your winnings 20 times

The slot machines are good playing

Tip Top

This casino allowed me to deposit with a bonus that they offered me with absolutely no intention of paying me, had I win I believe that’s taking money on false pretenses, to play through the wagering requirements is not an ezy task but then to be called an A ABUSER ( in particular, a BONUS ABUSER ) but a abuser in anyway is not on.

Viele FreeSpins zu niedrigen Konditionen.
Einfach und unkompliziert

Nie polecam totalne dno grałem bez bonusu a anulowali 8tys.wyplaty,a za dociekliwsc zamkneli konto

Got promotion email and after making the required deposit, I got reply from customer support that I'm "promo banned" for some 100% random reason.

Also, you need to wager 3x the deposit balance without even taking any bonuses!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS CASINO.

I have 571.00 trapped on my casino account because I was wrongfully blocked by my representative and my account suspended wrongfully leaving me not able to message her or sign on to my Milky Way account to withdraw the money. I have since tried all ways to get in touch with anybody I can to undo the suspension or send me a check of the funds that are still in the account to no avail that's just that part is gone every time you try to email them you don't get a response every time you try to call the phone just beats and hangs up every time you try to get a chat it's like he doesn't open support is not existing so I mean I don't have anybody that I can even tell to help me out I don't know what to do this is ridiculous.

I registered at this casino and made a deposit, but the money wasn't credited to my balance. I provided support with all the payment information and sent them the transaction hash. The money still hasn't arrived, and support isn't responding on the website. I emailed them, but they're still silent. I don't recommend this casino; they're acting like scammers!

Withdrawal and communication issues !
I made a withdrawal of $3,000 last week, but the casino only sent me two separate payments of $1,000 each. I am still missing $1,000.
I have tried contacting customer support multiple times through email and have received no response for over a week. This is very disappointing and unprofessional, especially when it comes to handling player withdrawals and payments.
Until this issue is resolved and the remaining balance is paid, I cannot

Avoid Milkyway Casino – A classic withdrawal trap.
I’ve spent over a month trying to withdraw my winnings from Milkyway Casino, and it has been a complete nightmare. As you can see from my transaction history, my withdrawal requests are consistently rejected ("refused" or "failed") without any valid reason.
The support team is essentially non-existent. When you finally get through, they don't help—they just give you the runaround. They have explicitly told me that to "enable" a withdrawal, I must make additional deposits and wager them at a "triple turnover" rate. This is a predatory tactic designed to keep you playing until your balance is gone.
They are clearly not interested in paying out real money to players. If you value your time and your funds, do not play here. This casino is a trap, and the attached screenshots of my transaction history and their chat support policies prove it.

Been waiting a week for a pay out and they are asking for another 24 hours. Its a scam they are not going to pay me so dont waste your money. Im letting everyone know so they do spend their money on lies thinking your going to win. It all BULL CRAP THEY DO NOT PAY OUT
