Attended our appointment with a view to booking a cruise around Japan. We were made to feel very welcome and offered a tea or coffee. Melissa was very helpful, answered all our queries and understood what our budget, requirements and preferences were. She successfully booked our cruise and managed to remain calm and friendly when the computer system decided to play up. Everything was fine in the end and we are looking forward to exploring Japan. Conor Watts from the Gloucester branch of Miles Morgan gave outstanding service and advice yesterday as we were looking to book a dream trip to Canada and Alaska.
His knowledge and advice was invaluable in helping us to decide the various elements of this holiday.
Not the first time we have used the Gloucester office, all the staff are so helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.
Such friendliness and efficiency is rare to find these days but Conor and his team deliver each and every time.

The staff were really friendly and knew the cruise ship we booked. They were knowledgeable and appreciated this would be our forst cruise so they gave us some pointers.
