We came to book a river cruise but were unsure what company to use. Simeon was very informative and helped us make our decision. When we decided on the cruise there were a few more questions and he contacted the company directly to get the info.
There was no hard sale just a pleasant experience.

Just popped in to enquire about cruising around The British Isles. Ended up booking a holiday for three on Saturday. Amanda & Abbey were so helpful.

The staff are brilliant, knowledgeable, and friendly, always a lovely cup of tea made for us .
A special mention of Simeon, who has looked after us for years,he arranges the special support my husband needs when travelling, nothing is too much bother for him, we wouldn't think of booking holidays anywhere else.
