Informasjon om virksomheten
Skrevet av virksomheten
The Mikey and Mia company is responsible for selling some of the world's most premium parrot food blends, with the healthiest and most diverse range of parrot food you will find on the market. We use human-grade ingredients and have so many healthy parrot food options available, that there is something for everybirdy! Whether you are looking for budgie food, macaw food or healthy food for African Grey parrots we will have something in store for you! You will love these parrot foods if you're looking to improve your parrots behaviour, physical and mental health, feather quality or stop negative behaviours such as plucking, screaming or biting. We offer complete parrot foods containing vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices, flowers and seeds, as well as healthy seed mixes for birds and sprouting mixes for parrots. Our parrot foods contain super foods such as spirulina and sauerkraut, as well as much loved favourites, like apple and blueberries. All too often parrots are being left to eat bowls of sunflower seeds, with little in the way of variety, flavour and texture, and with their advanced intelligence levels, parrots need more stimulation in their daily routines. Just one meal a day of any of our foods provides enrichment and excitement, as well as a concentrated boost of vitamins and minerals that will elevate their health to the next level. Say goodbye to standard unhealthy over processed parrot foods and welcome in a new era of human grade diversity.

Happy noises while eating
Penelope Rose, a Green Cheek Conure, loves eating Mikey & Mia’s dry mix with spicy seeds and Shelby’s dry mix with calming seeds. Both dry mixes with seeds are beautiful and smell delightful. Penelope Rose spends hours foraging and eating while making her happy sounds. She is happier and calmer, which makes the entire family happier and calmer. Thank you, Mikey & Mia’s humans! We will be buying again for our sweet bird.

These folks actually love their birds and apparently love my birds too. The quality that you get from every bag is great. Shipping is pretty fast. Seems like the delay is once it arrives at USA customs. I have macaws, Greys and Amazons and they all love the Mikey & Mia products.

Hey there Juan! Firstly so sorry to see you have had issues with your order, this is very shocking to see as we have not received any contact from you, so naturally assumed items have been either delivered or soon to be delivered, nor has a refund been requested? I have just checked your tracking details and it seems your items are on the way, your order was only placed last week?! I will email over some more information to you it should be with you very soon, and please always pop us a message as we are happy to chase your order for you and get things sorted. No better mix than this!
My birds are always thrilled whenever i give them a bowl of Mikey and Mia’s Dry mix- I have never seen them dig in so fast and eat with such fervour! I also find that they pick at their bowls for much longer looking for any hidden leftover morsels, compared to if i were to give them a plain bowl of pellets.. My Macaw loves the fruity flockers mix and my cockatiels go insane for the little bird dry mix, it’s fun to watch them eat it!

I absolutely love the idea and I think…
I absolutely love the idea and I think it’s a genius way to get more vitamins and minerals into our birds diet! The only thing I would change is maybe the intensity of the spirulina and cumin in the smoothies. My bird dosent really like them but I’m working on them slowly getting used to the flavor. Maybe add more veggies and fruits to somewhat subdue the flavor?
26. desember 2023
Svar fra Mikey & Mia
Hey there Bobbie! It's commendable that you are mindful of the intensity of certain ingredients, as birds can be sensitive to strong flavours. Adding more fruits and veggies to balance out the flavours is a great suggestion. Gradually introducing new flavours and textures can help your bird adjust and develop a taste for the smoothies. Remember, variety is key in a bird's diet, so feel free to experiment with different combinations to find what works best for your feathered friend. If you need any more tips or guidance on nutrition, don't hesitate to reach out. Happy and healthy eating for your bird! The Mikey and Mia Team
