We changed banks and switched mortgages over to another bank for better deals and he sorts it all out so the process is smooth and not difficult at all. Great broker with top notch service and experience

At first It took a long time to get what I needed to make a plan and application but Russell helped me through every process step by step every chance he could to get the result I desired! And now myself and my kids are in our new home! I'm amazed at the house I could buy and was definitely worth waiting for the right home. I'm so glad we didn't take the first house I thought I could afford because we got something we love in the end! No big renos nessasery.
