Stuart made the process so easy. He is an amazing man who would answer emails etc well into the evening.
He worked with us through a Covid 19 lockdown and also delays with our building. Over the 1 1/2 years he kept us up to date with reapplying for our loan. He gave us options of when to reapply due to the uncertain times.
He also informed us about the banks time for an application to be processed which meant we where not stressed with deadlines.
He was very helpful and supportive in all stages of the process.
He negotiated on our behalf with the bank and got us more money to help with the lawyer etc.
He is genuine, trust worth and thorough and I would highly recommend him.
