Great first home buying experience
Jacqui was a great help and support in my experience buying my first home. Despite the difficulties and challenges that arose due to moving cities Jacqui was able to navigate through these and providing sound advice. Jacqui was great to communicate with, was prompt and also let me know next steps. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house

Jacqui was very responsive
Jacqui was very responsive, friendly person to deal with. Kept us up to date, was very quick and easy to deal with the mortgage.

Jacqui provided good
Jacqui provided good, clear concise advise, she was always up front and provided advise where necessary. Her knowledge was was a help through the banking minefield.
My wife and I would have no hesitation in using her services and that of Mike Pero again and in recommending her to friends and family.

Jacqui is a pro at what she does. We never thought that building our own home would be possible but we believe we were able to do it because of Jacqui. She went above and beyond for us, nothing was ever too much trouble, and for that we are forever grateful. Would Highly Recommend
Jacqui turned a daunting experience into one that was stress free. She always went into bat for us - helping us have conversations with banks, builders and lawyers when we were confused or uncertain. We had a complex situation that Jacqui was able to work into exactly what we wanted as young first home buyers - even in a volatile COVID market. The hardest part for us was the initial phone call, not knowing where to start but with her care and support it just got easier and we look forward to working with Jacqui again in the future. Always available to chat and help, Jacqui truly has enabled us to turn a significant corner in or lives.

Absolutely excellent, all ways ready to answer my stupid questions, even when I questioned the payment on valuation, all ways there to help and explain things over and over.

Property purchase with Jacqui Hemi
I met Jacqui in 2019 and again in 2021. She was always transparent, professional and available to catch up after hours which I required. Even with the COVID lockdown I was able to settle on the property with Jacqui’s help. I am grateful for her assistance in purchasing my first property in New Zealand.
