A pleasant surprise
A pleasant surprise to receive my order so swiftly. Very good offers as two cookery books almost for the price of one.

I received the parcel of books in good time.
They were and are firmly cling wrapped and I have left them like this because they are a gift for my youngest grandchild’s birthday.
From what I can see, everything appears to be in good order. I will know more when the books are opened next month.
To a very large degree, I am assuming that all will be ok.

Everything was fine up until delivery
Everything was fine up until delivery. Parcel was delivered by Evri, who left it on my doorstep in full view of anyone passing and open to theft! Very unhappy with the service and I've passed this to Evri.

Don’t bother
Got 2 of the same book delivered instead of 2 different ones. Also had a complete set missing. I’ve been emailing them back and forth for a month and although they sent a replacement book the set has not yet been refunded despite being told the refund had been sent. Had to open a PayPal dispute and still waiting. Nice enough person I’m communicating with but an absolute joke of a service.
