Had my account hacked

Had my account hacked. I'm still using this username, but they wont let me change my email to my new email. Doesn't matter my computer ID is the same as the first day I've played or the cards I used for topping off. They have the most difficlut customer service. Now my account is inactive. I don't know how many times I give them information.

Du talent, mais des décisions foireuses qui déçoivent les fans

MiHoYo est une excellente entreprise de création de jeu vidéo dans le style artistique qui correspond à leur traditions

Leur succès à maîtriser le logiciel Unity, engager plusieurs personnes pour créer de la musique, la motion, les artistes, le lore à raconter, puis le fait de publier des jeux multiplateforme leur donne un gros boost !

Sauf quand il s'agit de signer des contrats d'exclusivité avec Sony pour qu'ils ne sortent pas leur jeux sur d'autres consoles concurrentes comme la Switch ou la Xbox

MiHoYo font beaucoup de giveaway à ses joueurs, pas mal de codes pour débloquer des primo-gemmes, pass du star rail,

Néanmoins pour un Gacha l'expérience de jeu est assez frustrante pour les joueurs F2P

Surtout que les jeux MiHoYo ont une facheuse tendance à mettre des mécaniques de boss fatiguantes et ennuyeuses comme des attaques impossibles à esquiver parce que soit le jeu n'a pas pris en compte que tu as appuié sur une touche donc tu te prends un coup d'un monstre, ou alors parce que tu joues en 30 FPS et donc avec l'input lag c'est trop tard pour toi

Ou encore des mécaniques tout simplement ridicule qui one shot un de t'es personnages

Sans parler du contenu qui ne peut être seulement clear avec X ou Y personnage spécifique

On ne va pas parler de la néantre zero, de l'univers simulé, ou des abysses où la difficulté est fumax si tu joues pas méta

En parlant de ça, certains personnages souffrent de problème de game design qui font qu'ils sont " niche " donc en gros ils ne servent à rien

Point positif tout de même, leur jeux sont mis à jour régulièrement, des évènements sont prévus à chaque maj et ça regorge de cadeaux

Par contre il faudrait se calmer un peu avec l'argent, la dernière màj de Honkai star rail a innové des " check point " d'achat pour t'inciter à payer +, alors d'accord les récompenses sont à la clé mais c'est abusé

Point positif pour l'évènement de retour quand on s'est pas connecté depuis longtemps

Sinon on va pas se mentir, les graphismes sont incroyables et le lore est bon

Les jeux sont complets, c'est un très bon point, mais il faut énormément de temps ! pour arriver au endgame

Sinon en matière d'OST, c'est une bombe, et les animations, le marketing, ce sont des dingueries, y'a des démo de présentations d'un perso, des trailers à la sortie de chaque perso c'est fou ! vraiment les jeux mihoyo ce sont des must have à jouer

en parlant de son ! MiHoYo a une facheuse manie à changer les voix des personnages en jeu par des voix plus nulles que celles qui étaient dans leur précédents jeux

Par exemple, la voix de barbara était très enthousiaste et c'étais cool, maintenant sa voix est plus aigrie et faible, ça manque de peps

Pareil pour les gros changements de voix pour Soukaku, Lycaon, Soldat 11, Grace, Lucy, Koleda, leur nouvelles voix sont vraiment NULLES, pourquoi les avoir changées ?? (Voix EN)

Ils ont encore du chemin avant d'atteindre la perfection, et surtout ne pas décevoir ses fans

Faire des sondages sur l'avis du joueur et de la communauté c'est un bon point

3/5, baucoup de qualités mais les défauts commencent à faire monter la balance en leur défaveure

The most garbage trash customer service…

The most garbage trash customer service I have seen, my account has been hacked a while ago and I got it back luckily, but the hacker linked a username and secondary Google to my account and when asking customer support to unlink hacker account giving all my information they denied me then are ignoring me

I lost one of my accounts for Genshin Impact not too long ago. I have done everything in my power to prove it was my account, from UIDs to in game screenshots, emails and previous passwords! Despite this, I could apparently not prove it was my account. Please be careful, everyone!

Mon compte a été volé car la protection est quasiment inexistante. Support extrêmement médiocre, répond uniquement aux deux premiers messages puis plus rien. Sinon le jeu en soit était pas trop mal

Games great but there customer support…

Games great but there customer support servis is a GOD DAMN JOKE

Buckle up as this is going to be something else.
So 2 months ago i got my pc some new parts. new parts being a new motherboard, ram, cpu+cpu cooling and such. After reinstaling everything back i went to login on genshin only to see that my acc was conected to a gmail i have never seen before in my entire fudgeing life. FYI i made my genshin account threw my FACEBOOK, and it never gave me a option to attatch it to any gmail. so i did what any normal person would do and contact there support threw gmailing them.
At first they were relativly fast and responded to my gmail explaining my sistuation. they asked for my IUD which my friend helped me get and i sent it and all. They came back giveing me a form to fill out and i went in as detailed i possibly could on that form. explaining the skin i baught and which charecters where on what lvl, that i only had 1 5star wepon and all that jazz. I even gave them receipts that i had perchased stuff on that acc threw my paypal. a bit over a month goes by and i reamember that on the form it said it would take 20 buissnes days untill they would get back to u and than realized its been over that i deided to look into it myself. Threw looking this up with a friend i find out theres been others with a simular issue but due to the fact that it was someones gmail i couldnt change anything.
Basicaly it said to go to genshins offical websight and login which i still could do threw my facebook. But than to see someone else conected on my acc threw there PS4 (id guess) so i gmailed the support again and gave them this info + everything they would need to know that this was indeed my acc. that being :

UID/Account Nickname + Server.
Email/Phone the account was registered with.
Other authorized linked information the account was associated with.
Date/Time/Location of your last login.
Authorized device(s) used to access your account.
Authorized transactions including: confirmation numbers, date/time, amounts.
Other proofs of ownership.
UID: xxxxxx

this was the respons that i got 2 MONTHS AFTER?!

I have now tried asking them what else would i need to prove that this acc really is really mine.
but i have a feeling like im never going to get it back hence why leaving this review as i feel like mihoyo is only in it for the money and doesnt give a shii about us. the players.

Ill still wait for the reply as this has been my comfort game for about a year now and not being able to play it due to a reason like this has been one of the causes to my mental health deplumiting.

if mihoyo keeps this up they wont have a fan bace becuase at some point everyone will stumble onto some form of issue and there support team wont do jack shii to help us out.

Ill uppdate you guys if anything changes but yet again i feel like nothing will.

If I could give 0 star, that’ll be better

Just worse. It’s really worse than you ever thought, my account got hacked on February and I immediately requested their CS to get my acc back, and I got it a month later.

But the problem is, I saw that the hacker have already linked their account to PSN account so I decided to request to unlink their PSN account from mine and I’ve told them that it’s not mine so I can’t give most of the information to them. BUT THEY SEEMS LIKE DID NOT READ THE EMAIL THAT I SENT, like they just reply “sorry, the information that you give is incorrect and blablabla”, HOW WOULD I KNOW THE CORRECT INFORMATION IF IT’S NOT MINE??

Like seriously Mihoyo, your game is really good but just a simple thing like this, just read my damn email and at least reply in a more sense way, like how come such an amazing game like this have a POOR VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES?

So in the end, I give up and I just request the permanent deletion so neither me and the hacker can get the account. It was really nice that I can enjoy the game and the storyline until I got this problem. Sorry Mihoyo, but you ruin this game with your poor Customer Service. Gonna move to Tower of Fantasy, Adios!

Company doesn't give a damn about us

Company doesn't give a damn about its players, specifically the android players who out of all its avaliable platform is the only one not capable of controller support. We are stuck with touchscreen which is unplayable in higher levels. They don't listen and don't care

NO HELP

I PROVIDED EVERY DETAIL I CAN POSSIBLY REMEMBER, EVEN RECEIPTS AND PROOF THAT I AM THE OWNER OF MY FREAKING ACCOUNT, I WAITED FOR MORE THAN A MONTH, TRUSTING THIS PROCESS BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY DIDN'T HELP ONE BIT! IT MADE ME MAD SEEING MY ACCOUNT ONLINE AND BEING USED BY SOMEONE WHO I DON'T EVEN KNOW, ALL MY HARD WORK AND MONEY WENT TO SOMEONE UNDESERVING.

Hello guys. I like a lot your games especially genshin impact. It's one of my favorites. Well I bought an intertwined fate cause 1 had 9 of them buy there's nowhere in the game. Pls fix this.

Appallingly useless customer service

I had an in-game issue where I didn't receive an item on wish, and it showed up in my wish history. Their CS first told me I am ineligible to receive it, then that I used it to enchant another weapon, and finally that they have a log of my activity and that they won't be adding anything, after which they kept ironically egging me on to keep wishing and forget about it.

This would all be OK if it were true. I'm no stranger to customers having unreasonable requests - I work as a Customer Service employee myself for almost 2 years and I rarely get to be the customer, but this was easily the worst experience I have ever had on the other end.

I navigated to my weapons menu as soon as I had received the 4* sword only to never find it, and I haven't enchanted anything at the time of making the wishes as they implied. I had never used a lv4 weapon as enchantment material up until that point in time, and my menu was even set to auto-add lv3 and below. This all wasn't enough. It's important to note that this was one of several wishes, the only one with an issue.

I gave up on the item and asked for a link where I can rate them 4 times and had the question ignored, repeatedly addressing that the item "won't be added to my inventory" even though I only asked in the initial query (out of the 7 further responses) before all the aforementioned excuses they provided instead of a solution. To think I would be dishonest about a 4 star weapon? It's an insult to intelligence, that's what it is

I'm very disappointed in your team, Mihoyo - and I expect better in the future, as well as that you will enable every ticket to be rated instead of only the ones you deem fit. I enjoy the game and would like to think I have someone who does their job to talk to when something goes wrong.

Absolutely horrible

Absolutely horrible, I've spent hundreds of dollars in this game and when my account got hack they refuse to help me get it back despite pages of screenshots of receipt and bank statement with transaction ID. All while I had to wait more than a month for them to "evaluate" my proofs.

bot customer service

my account got hacked and then i apply to their CS to get my account back, just like everyone i wait 20 days per submitted form (i did 3 times) and the answer is always "inconsistent" even though i got hard proof like transaction history screenshot. i am not sure if there's an actual person checking e-mail or just good old "i-do-not-want-to-be-bothered" bot.
