As I previously mentioned, I checked these personally and when shipped they were perfect, We have CCTV footage showing this to be the case.
If you are unwilling to correct them if they are now bent, if you wish you can return them for repair.

From experience, we know that sometimes huggies can be accidentally bent out of shape, which stops the mechanism from clicking properly. This is a common design characteristic across all huggies. The good news is that it’s usually a very simple fix — just a gentle adjustment to return them to their original shape.
