Ich verstehe nicht so ganz den Sinn dahinter. Mache zwar mit und löse Punkte bei Gewinnspielen ein, habe aber noch nichts gewonnen. Bei den Gewinnspielen sehe ich auch kein Datum, von wann bis wann diese gültig sind. Aber solange ich kein Geld bezahlen muss, macht mir das auch nichts aus.

buongiorno a tutti, da un anno che accio raccolte punti e ho sempre riscattato alla volta 10 euro di buoni amazon, questa volta non e' andata bene.... avevo 42 mila punti che ero nella soglia di 30 euro da spendere su amazon quando una notte mi accorgo che sono stati riscattati all'improvviso 32 mila punti per delle carte roblox.
Ho chiesto all'assisteza di rewards ma non sono stati in grado di aiutarmi in quanto loro dicono che puo' essere stato violato il mio account.

Their support team is unhelpful when a system error on their own website wastes points you've accumulated over months. Why do I say this? I can redeem rewards automatically; I set it to automatic for a game I wanted, and after reaching the goal, I received a completely unrelated gift card. When i request a refund, they say they can't do anything. If the problem is with their own system, they should fix it because months of accumulating points were wasted on something I didn't want.

Totally annoying and complete scam. No one can ever redeem the points.

Absolutely pathetic! Theyve made it as difficult as possible to claim your rewards now. Everytime I try to claim an error and theres no way around it. Still waiting to hear from ms cs. Dont know what theyre playing at. WIll no longer be supporting this terrible platform or any ms trash anymore.

Tras mas de un año de uso, he visto varias cosas en la APP. Cada x tiempo, suben el precio de los canjeos (ya he visto 2 subidas) y tambien hacen cambios en como conseguir puntos, que terminan haciendo que ganes menos. (tambien lo he visto 2 veces). El ultimo cambio que han hecho, se han cargado que sea rentable. Antes conseguia como 1000 puntos cada 3-4 dias, ahora en casi el doble! Se la han cargado.
Eso si, yo no he tenido problemas al canjear un cheque de 50€ de CRF, tras 14 meses consiguiendo los puntos.

Okropne. Weszły nowe zmiany, zbiera się 2 razy mniej punktów. Czyli uzyskanie konkretnego kuponu ze zniżką trwa dwa razy dłużej. Jestem złotym uczestnikiem programu ale totalnie rezygnuje z tego scamu. Bo obecnie wraz z przejściem na nowy panel to scam. Nie zlicza poprawnie punktów, kupony rabatowe które otrzymuje się nie działają i nie wracają z powrotem na konto, zbugowany panel, za zestaw dzienny nie zliczyło mi po 7 dniach dodatkowych 100 punktów. Po 3 dniach od wymieniania kuponu powinien mieć około 700 punktów albo więcej a mam 230. Żenada. Szkoda czasu. Scam totalny.

I would give it 0 stars if I could. I have been having problems, and have responded to their help site 12 times. Each time I get a prewritten response that does not help me. The further insult me by telling me I must be cheating. I am 78 years old, and too old for this nonsense. So good bye to Edge and back to good old Google.

J'arrive à cumuler assez rapidement des points pour pouvoir acheter des cartes cadeaux ou ajouter des jeux vidéo PC à mon compte Xbox.
Je consacre une vingtaine de minutes par jour entre jouer au Solitaire 15 minutes tous les jours sur mon PC pour accumuler les points de jeux PC ainsi que 2-3 minutes sur Jewel 2 via l'application Xbox et récolter les points journalier que je peux récupérer directement sur la page Microsoft rewards.
Cela doit me permettre de récupérer environ 10€ tous les 3 mois en me détendant devant une partie de solitaire pour le plus de ce qu'il y a à faire pour obtenir des points 🙂.

Imposible canjear, siempre problemas, sólo quieren que uses su buscador de ****** y luego al final sólo puedes canjear por sus servicios aunque esten disponibles otros, siempre inventan excusas, se acercan peligrosamente a la estafa.

I was doing the level up task to search on big 3 times every day in a row. I got to the last day and when I checked it said 6 days in a row so far, then when I searched up 3 times that day and checked again it said I had only done it 5 days

About impossible to redeem rewards. Always some worthless excuse. Have used them for years. Last year nothing but a headache.FTC needs to take action against them.

IVE BEEN DOING MICROSOFT REWARDS FOR AT LEAST 10 YEARS AND NEVER A PROBLEM UNTIL LAST YEAR. THEY TEMPORARILY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT FOR OVER A YEAR NOW ALTHOUGH I CAN STILL ACCUMULATE POINTS BUT CANT REDEEM THEM. I HAVE 77000 POINTS AS OF TODAY AND REALLY DONT THINK THEY WILL EVER LIFT MY SUSPENSION. I AM SHOCKED ALL THESE COMPANIES LIKE KROGER LET THEM USE THEIR NAMES BUT WONT LET YOU REDEEM. I USED TO REDEEM WITH AMAZON BUT THEY EVIDENTLY DIDNT WANT TO BE A PART OF THE NEW SCAM.I DONT DO ANYTHING DIFFERENT TODAY AS FAR AS REARCHING FOR POINTS THAT I HAVE DONE FOR 10 YEARS. Due volte ho potuto riscattare, con i punti di Microsoft Rewards, buoni Amazon. Invece, da diversi giorni appare questo messaggio "Così popolare che stiamo facendo rifornimento! Torna a breve!" e... E non capita niente né permettono di riscattare un buono. Sembra strano che per rifornire la pagina usino tanti giorni. (20/3/2026)
Dopo diverse settimane, è stato possibile riscattare un buono Amazon. Aggiungo questo commento il 21/4/2026. Speriamo che tutto proceda meglio in avvenire.
