Our team are passionate about optimising natural health with a particular emphasis on gut health. The name for our health store was derived for the word "microbiome", which is located in the intestine and is made up of billions of organisms such as bacteria, yeast, fungi and viruses; which are key functions to help digest our food, regulate our immune system and to protect against disease. Our microbiome must be balanced and with everyday living and incorrect food intake, it can become unbalanced, therefore leaving our body open to infections, viruses and diseases. Poor customer service, slow delivery
Ordered some pessaries for an IVF transfer, paid extra for 1 day delivery and it still took a week to come. Ordered from elsewhere to get them in time to do the transfer. Asked if I could return these and they refused to pay delivery for the return. So if I return I’m out of pocket the £5 I paid for delivery in the first place plus return postage because of their false advertisement about 1 day delivery.
Poor service, wish I’d read other reviews before ordering

Your order was placed Friday at 5.25pm, which meant it missed the last pickup - it wasn't dispatched until Monday. We refunded the difference you paid for fast delivery. No product review
Another product where all the reviews are high. But ALL the reviews are about product availability, shipping, customer service. Not one review about what this product did for the customer and for what issues. Looks like a scam.
Yes I have visited your store because I was going to purchase something. So I looked at the reviews to see whether I should purchase your product. I could not find one review about any of the products. Every review was about shipping, customer service, but no product review. Doesn't look good when there are no reviews on the actual products.
