As for your recent claim, we conducted a thorough investigation with our warehouse team before responding. The warehouse confirmed that both items were packed and shipped together. In addition, the shipping label weight matched the contents that were recorded as packed. USPS also requires package weights to correspond with the shipment information provided at acceptance, and the recorded weight supports that both items were included when the package entered the carrier’s network.

We carefully reviewed the photos you provided, but unfortunately, they do not establish what occurred after the package was accepted by the carrier. While we understand your frustration, we cannot issue refunds or replacements based solely on an allegation that conflicts with the warehouse records and shipping documentation we received.

It is simply not accurate to suggest that customer service does not care. We responded to your inquiry, investigated the matter with our warehouse, reviewed the evidence available, and provided the findings. The fact that our investigation did not support the conclusion you were seeking does not mean your concern was ignored.

We do not refuse refunds for orders that exceed our stated shipping timeframe. In fact, if a customer contacts us regarding an order that has gone beyond 4 weeks and requests a cancellation, we routinely review the situation and provide a refund when appropriate.

Regarding the claim about receiving an expired foundation, if such an issue had been reported to us, we would have immediately investigated it and offered a replacement or refund as appropriate. Product quality concerns are taken seriously, and we do not ignore reports of expired items.

Unfortunately, because you refused to provide any order information or other details related to this review, we are unable to identify the transactions being referenced or verify the circumstances described. RE: You’re correct. You did not contact us after two weeks because you chose to dispute the charge with your bank instead of reaching out to us first.

We were actually surprised when you contacted us weeks later asking about the order status, as the payment had already been disputed. Typically, once a charge is disputed and reversed through a bank, it indicates that the customer no longer wishes to proceed with the transaction. That is why it was unclear why you were still expecting the order to be shipped after initiating the dispute.

We’re disappointed to see this review. Your order was still within our stated 2 to 4 week shipping timeframe when you filed a dispute with your bank. In fact, you filed the dispute just 15 days after placing the order, before the maximum processing and shipping window had elapsed.
We have enough documentation with time stamps to prove this.

We also requested the order information for both orders you referenced in your review. However, you only provided your own order details and did not provide any information regarding your husband’s alleged order. As a result, we have been unable to verify the existence of that order in our system.

Without any supporting order information, it appears that the mention of your husband’s order was included to reinforce the claims made in your review rather than to report a verifiable transaction. If there is in fact an order associated with your husband, we would be happy to investigate it once the relevant order details are provided.

You also acknowledged that you contacted your bank before reaching out to us directly and apologized for doing so. Had you contacted us first, we would have been happy to review the status of your order and work toward a resolution.
