Do not attempt to buy from this store they are scamming people
Not only are they not in this country they overcharge for an item by £100 at least.
When I received my order, it was with the belt missing and it was creased so badly it wouldn’t iron Out, didn’t even look like the item that I had bought from them.
I then tried to send it back and and was told they would give me a 20% discount plus another Dress free as they needed to be sent back to Romania which cost £90 plus, they would only give me my money back if I sent the item back to them so they could examine it which they could just say it is fine it’s you and sell it to someone else.
They are rude, nasty horrible people do not deal with them. It is the biggest scam that I have ever seen.

The quality is OK - not fantastic as others have noted but I was happy with one dress out of five. Biggest issue is returns however. If you're ordering from the UK, I'd strongly recommend familiarising yourself with your consumer rights before purchasing.

I bought several items from Miamara through their UK-facing website. I'm returning the majority as they don't fit.

Miamara's policy is to offer store credit rather than a refund for items purchased during promotional periods (which seem to be on most of the time). However, UK consumers should be aware that when buying online, you’re entitled to return and receive a refund regardless of whether an item was purchased on sale or during a promotion. I had to raise this issue directly with customer service because I was told that promotional purchases were only eligible for store credit.

I then paid £32.70 in postage costs to return two parcels, only to have them rejected by Miamara's returns warehouse in Romania because they had not been sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This requirement was never mentioned in the return instructions I received by email, nor was it stated on the website. In fact, the website’s header states that customers won't have to pay additional import fees or duties.

I have pointed out to their support team that customers should not be expected to incur additional costs because of the way a retailer has chosen to structure its international returns process. I'm waiting to hear back but it's already 6 weeks since I first initiated the returns process...

Overall, what should have been a straightforward return became a lengthy and expensive process involving unexpected requirements, rejected parcels and disputes over refund rights. I am probably going to have to go through my credit card provider to claim the full refund.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not shop with Miamara again.

Cheep quality from China with smelly fabric. The quality of the cloths is horrible. These are cheep copies of other brands. I have tried to return a dress. The return goes to some place in Romania. This cost a lot of money compared to the price of the clothes. I followed all instructions and then the recipient did refuse the package and it got back to me. I requested full refund and also for the shipping. They refuse to pay me back and jusg want to give me 30% after a long back and forth since over a month now. Never ever again!

Bought a dress for my cousins wedding and got sooo many compliments. The material is thick enough to feel expensive and the design is beautiful. Packaging was also really lovely.

Dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo used online different look completely and material is horrendous. Been emailing over and back weeks now trying to rectify the problem. All I’m being offered is store credit they will not refund me. Would never ever purchase from them . Scammers , Hopefully others don’t get caught out like me .
