MGG Anmeldelser

MGG’s customer service were very efficient and helpful when I contacted them with a query in regards to my order. Shipping was super quick and the best of all, I absolutely love my new jumper! The fit is perfect, thanks to their easy to use size guide. I Look forward to future purchases now I know the quality of their products.

Just got my Tanner Hall Nilcott Hoodie, Tee and a beenie yesterday and I am very satisfied by the style, convenience and comfort of these products! Also love MGGs commitment to sustainability and radical transparency, which is awesome too!!

Super high quality stuff, styling as hell! Love the T Hall collection!

Love the hoodies I got. Great fit and quality material. Thanks!!

I was looking for a red ski jacket and MGG Denali looked fantastic. The website was very clear and I loved the back story. I contacted the company to check delivery timescales as I had a upcoming trip planned. I was assured that delivery would be within two business days. So I ordered the jacket! Checkout process ( which is often not the case) was clean and intuitive.

Then there was a delay with the courier!..

No matter as MGG kept me fully informed including offering sending another direct to resort if needed! That is definately exceptional customer service. Jacket arrived on time. The product looks and feels absoulutely perfect. The attention to detail like the zipper pulls with the MGG logo are great. I ordered XL as that is my normal size and this was a good fit for me, but again MGG offerered an exchage if jacket was too small, too big.
Any company that makes great products and then on top of this has personalised customer service with a real human instead of chats bots and disinterested call centres will do well. Would not hesitate to buy again and highly reccomend.

Great in-store experience. Friendly and qualified team. Since the item I was interested in was not available onsite, i ordered it when I got back home in the US. The website was easy to navigate and the order was swiftly delivered. Well done!

The quality of the materials used, the design and fit are great. Delivered to Canada in 4 days. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Ordered 2 jumpers from the website. Very quick delivery.
Super soft material which are very comfortable to wear.

Top notch, loved it

Incredible customer service! I asked to return my ski pants (too small) and within 2 hours had a personal message from the MGG team with a great solution, meaning I will hopefully receive the new pants within 48 hours. So nice to have this personal level of friendliness and customer service. Keep up the good work guys!

Ordered a new ski jacket and the item arrived within 2 days. Excellent jacket and excellent prompt service.

I love my Mont Gele Merino jumper. It's a great fit and superb quality. I haven't washed it yet, so can't comment on that.

Fantastic quality, super quick delivery. Very happy.

I couldn't believe how quickly my lovely polo neck jumper arrived at our home in the UK - just 3 days! Like the last one I bought, it is a great design and looks very flattering - I really like the merino double-knit. Thank you again, MGG!

I ordered a ski touring jacket which arrived very promptly. Its a lovely jacket in many ways but unfortunately the pockets do not suit my purpose. Other than that I really like the jacket and wish that I could keep it. I applied for a refund. I don't usually write reviews but have on this occasion because I received an immediate and very helpful response which really encourages me to buy from the company again.
