We issue bridging loans and buy-to-let mortgages to private individuals and on a commercial basis – with terms and interest rates based on the borrower’s specific requirements.
What’s more, we can provide funding to foreign nationals, offshore companies, trusts and even those with no UK footprint. We prioritise flexibility – working with property investors who may be stuck in broken chains, have missed payments in their credit history, or who have even faced bankruptcy.
We understand that no two finance deals are ever the same. Across out bridging loans and mortgage products, we offer a bespoke service. We have multiple types of financial solutions designed to adapt to various setups. We will always go above and beyond to identify the terms that suit your requirements.

The whole team delivered on a transaction with a number of twists at various stages. Big shout out to Kayla who never let go of the ball and was consistent in her approach to driving the deal to completion. Tom and Charles always there to support the team and great end to the week.

Exceptional Support - above and beyond
The definition of "going above and beyond" at its best! Cameron truly exceeded expectations to ensure the transaction was completed on time. At one point, I had almost given up due to the ongoing challenges we faced in the case we were working on. However, Cameron went the extra mile, even sharing his mobile number so I could reach him directly due to the time-sensitive nature of the matter. There were times I called him up to ten times a day, yet he always answered graciously.
Abbie was also incredibly helpful, always available to take calls and provide reassurance whenever Cameron was in a meeting. It was undoubtedly a stressful transaction, but without their dedication and support, our client’s purchase wouldn’t have been successful.
Highly recommend their service!
