I bought the high gloss TV unit/sideboard end of July the top was damaged and a replacement was sent out 1st week of August that was also damaged I want a full refund and the goods taken back they’ve offered me £30 part refund OR another top replacement absolutely shocking I’m taking it to the ombudsman AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!

You refused me returning an item not as described as it was damaged evidence was provided and then you suspended my account for abusive buyer WHAT FOR, if a seller sends awful items that are damaged that is not my fault just like if the post man leaves parcels on a propertywhen no one is home and they go missing, theway you treat people is shocking. I am now stuck with 2 awful items of furniture that are all scratched to the high heavens and have white marks on that resemble silicone as if it has been rubbed off, this was from mexfurnituremex ebay name and mex furniture ltd trading name and I'm £319.80 out of pocket as ebay won't help me return them.

I bought in June 2024 from Mex Furniture 2 chests of drawers 100 cm, oak body/oak doors and 1 TV cabinet 200 cm oak body/oak doors from the Loft set... After assembling the TV cabinet, the plastic finishing elements of the metal legs were missing and the color was very different from the photos on the website company's website and on eBay. But I think they used a different light and that's how the photo turned out. However, after unpacking more boxes, it turned out that we had oak sideboards and black oak bodies/doors. Unfortunately, the design of the model differs from the photos in the offer. Contact with the company was quick, unfortunately only by e-mail. I asked for an explanation of this mistake and to send me the furniture consistent with the order. Unfortunately, the only thing I was offered, apart from an apology, was to replace the black parts of the furniture with oak ones. I asked a few more questions that did not hide my annoyance and attached photos showing the differences in the furniture, but apart from insisting whether I would accept the offer or not, I did not find out why they sent a different piece of furniture than the one in the store offer. These parts were sent to me with the missing plastic feet. The furniture is already in the living room, but I can't help but feel that I have been, to put it mildly, cheated. I categorically advise against purchasing Loft-style furniture from this company... why do people do it? They publish one thing and sell another... looking at the photos of the sideboards on offer and the ones I have in the showroom, I know why... I even understand why there is no telephone number for the company... because they wouldn't want to hear what I have to say... The e-mail accepted the text and that's it... It's a pity that I can't post a few photos here as a warning. Ela.

ordered 2 units at 179 each. both items were damaged took pics of all.damage. sent the photos to the company only for them to say it looks it damaged during assembly! how rude can a company be to accuse a customer of this. i will not be ordering from them again

Sent defective items. Manual instructions missing. No phone number to contact for help. Got only e-mail address that no one responds to. should be getting negative stars. Really frustrating and annoying experience

Appalling customer services. Sent wrong item, (with many pieces missing). They have been dragging it out for a week. Just told me to "flat pack" it and return it, and refused to send me the correct item until they get it back. (Easier said than done at short notice as I am disabled). All trust lost with this company - will buy elsewhere. Not as described in every respect! Wrong item. Item they sent (six drawer low chest of drawers) has many pieces missing. Claims to be fast delivery. AVOID.

BE WARNED this seller sells Furniture sets through eBay advertised at one price of £169.90 then when you purchase the item you will receive a message the following day telling you that it was the last one in stock and it never passed its QC (Quality Check ✔️) and they will issue a refund wasting your time, when actually the company has then realised there is a pricing error and they immediately re-list the same item with same company details and item description at an increased price of £469.90, as you can tell by the review this is false advertising and they still have items listed on ebay at these prices so be warned and AVOID AT ALL COSTS. "Also reading through reviews on Google don't be fooled by the fake reviews that are being posted by Dawid Lunitz because he is the owner of this company and his details are on ebay under his company name of Mex furniture.

I bought from this company two items, one sideboard cabinet from ebay and another, display cabinet directly from them. From ebay delivery it was in four days as I was expected. The item looks great, more than I though for this money, easy to assemble. With display cabinet I had a problem ,as the door have a few scratches. I write an email to them and all it was resolved, in 2 days I had a new door. Very good communication with costumer service and very helpful.

Email company about their product dispatch time and if there would be any delivery delay ahead of ordering and I was advised to order via there "new" website- creative furniture?!

Ordered through their Ebay store...sideboard and tv unit...both items delivered within 48 hours. Items well packed and although I didn't find the instructions to assemble the greatest it was reasonably easy to assemble...for the money the items are decent quality and mine fitted together fine. Can't comment on customer service as I've had no need to contact them...my only negative is i didn't receive a tracking number so I had no idea when my items would turn up, luckily I was in when they did. Have now ordered another item so fingers crossed it all fine...so far its been a positive shopping experience.

worst company ever, ordered furniture from this company in September 2020 parcelforce delivered to wrong address, this company was told by parcel force what happened so they would refund me,
parcelforce then refunded Mex furniture but I received an email saying "WE WILL NOT BE REFUNDING YOU"they don't even deserve one star. they got £409 of my money, and then got the same amount back from parcel force.I have written confirmation from parcelforce stating that another customer of Mex furniture received their one item that they ordered as well as the 3 items i ordered and now they cannot get a hold of the customer, they also confirmed that Mex furniture was sent written proof of this and the details of the customer. now this will be a five star customer who has paid for one item and now has four items, they will be having a good laugh at Mex furniture, EBay and parcelforce and probably me for paying for the goods. no wonder they are sitting with over £30000 in the bank in profits when they can steal money from hard working people. I do not believe they have so many "good reviews" its a scam. they now have a notice on their website saying that due to covid-19 they are no longer delivering items with parcel force, well that's suspicious, because covis-19 has been in this country since January and they have been using parcel force and then as soon as my parcels go missing they stop using the company. I have over 20 emails to this company,EBay and parcelforce all saying i will not get a refund, that doesn't matter because it is now in the hands of my lawyer, I am sure with the profits they are making off customers they can afford to pay for court fees. if anyone is thinking of buying furniture from this company shop around first as there is lots of other genuine companies selling the same furniture and your more likely to receive your goods and not have your money stolen from you. EBay also promise 100% refund for this company but that's not true either.

Very good product easy to assemble, plans were clear and precise have had no issue in getting a response as we had to change one of the cabinets as it didn't fit, our mistake, went to the warehouse very friendly and helpful.

1 package arrived , when I opened it one piece had a big crack down the middle. No screw's and piece's missing. I got in touch with company and they said another package was in the post and they would send a new piece. I received all of that but when I went to put together the instructions were awful. And also the tip of unit had a crack in it and the door was scratched. I have sent photos and e-mailed the company. I have heard nothing. I said I would keep the unit if they would reduce it. It took me all day to put together but if it wasn't so complicated I would send it back. Cheap and poorly made. Would be okay if the company had the decency to get back to me. I would say avoid.

I said I would put on a 2nd review once the unit was assembled.

It took about 2 hours to assemble by a very experienced person.
The unit even though it of cheap materials it looks fine.
Would have looked nicer if the whole unit was gloss.

I would put a price of around £90 I paid £120

This company does not answer emails it’s difficult to find phone number. When I did there was no reply.
I thought it was 24hour delivery ended up 72hours.
Was unable to contact company.
I contacted my credit card provider as I thought is was a scam.
They also thought it looked like a scam.
After I had spoke to credit card company the goods arrived.
Packaging was damaged. I have unpacked the good not the best quality wood, chip board. I have yet to assemble it. I will do another review once it is assembled.

JUNK cabinet ! Ordered from this seller through ebay and the unit will not even support its own weight ! It sways and wobbles as if about to collapse ! WARNING DO NOT BUY THIS CHIPBOARD RUBBISH !!
