As good as it’s always been. Years back when I had a studio in EC1, Metro was always my first call. Reassuring that first rate service and superb reproduction has not changed.

Excellent Service and Result
Excellent Service on a fast-turnaround last minute exhibition job for me: a photographer who hasn't printed a thing in donkey's years! HUGE thanks to Manish Patel for lots of help, hand-holding and guidance to make sure I got the best possible results this time and in the future.
Great to find Metro still at it and still doing great work! Highly recommended.

Beautiful prints and great customer service.
I've used Metro Imaging a few times now and my photographs are always printed so beautifully it really brings the image to life. Their customer service is also top tier, I appreciate the effort they put in to ensure their customers are happy & receiving the best.

Awful service paid to get the photos…
Awful service paid to get the photos next day it ended up being well over a week before they came!!! Crazy idea to not just post the images requested ! I had to pay out and get them redone to meet the deadline would not recommend 😡

Thank you for reviewing our services, we are sorry to hear it has been less than satisfactory. The job was completed on time and dispatched according to instructions. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of Royal Mail postal services. I would say, in their defence, they attempted to deliver the package three times over the week but had no response from you. They also held the package at your local Post Office should you wish to collect.
Unfortunately, these are circumstances outside of our control and feel it is disingenuous to receive such a low rating.

Staff were incredibly helpful
Staff were incredibly helpful and quick. I sent them a photo with the wrong ratio, they printed and gave me the photo I sent them and a corrected one. Highly recommend.

Superb product and service

Extra help ordering print online
Ordered a print from New Zealand for a client and had trouble with the self-service portal, the staff there helped me through it and printed it promptly.
