We take all client feedback seriously and maintain complete transparency and documentation on every project.

This client was onboarded on July 13, 2025, for a website development project replicating their preferred structure. A formal welcome email was sent confirming project initiation and team assignment. Our development and production departments maintained regular communication via calls, texts, and emails throughout the entire project timeline.

The client’s website was fully completed and made live on July 23, 2025, using WordPress as the operating system. Upon completion, a formal email was sent confirming launch, followed by delivery of backend credentials on July 25, 2025 (username and password). The client acknowledged receipt of credentials and confirmed seeing the live website.

Subsequently, the client requested additional payment gateway integrations (MasterCard, Visa, Amex, Discover), for which a separate invoice was shared on August 5, 2025. No additional or unauthorized fees were ever demanded beyond agreed deliverables.

A few days later, between August 16–23, 2025, the client began sending messages unrelated to the project, repeatedly mentioning being under FBI investigation related to a documentary and that “the FBI is watching everything I do.” These communications caused serious compliance and reputational concerns for our company, as they introduced external legal issues beyond the project’s scope.

Despite this, our team continued to cooperate professionally. However, after full delivery, the client filed a payment dispute with their bank claiming services were not rendered. As per standard merchant and banking procedures, the disputed funds were immediately withdrawn from our merchant account and placed on hold with the client’s issuing bank.

It is critical to note that once a dispute is initiated, the merchant (Metasphere Technologies) loses access to the project funds, and the project is automatically paused and removed from the active database to prevent further liability. This is a standard legal and financial compliance process in all chargeback cases.

Later, the client contacted us directly, requesting a repayment despite the ongoing dispute which we rejected. After a full investigation, our Finance Department issued a final decision on September 4, 2025, confirming that:
1. The project was successfully completed and delivered with proof of handover.
2. The dispute was invalid as the client received all deliverables.
3. Repayment was not warranted under our service and dispute policies.

Since then, the client has chosen to leave misleading and defamatory reviews implying fraud and hacking, which are entirely baseless. All project documentation including screenshots, chat transcripts, emails, and video meeting logs confirm full delivery and transparent communication.

At this stage, the funds are held by the banking authorities as part of the dispute process. Since the client filed a dispute after project delivery, Metasphere Technologies no longer retains the payment, and the matter is being handled bank-to-bank under applicable merchant dispute regulations. As per our terms and legal rights, when funds are disputed and withdrawn, the associated website is taken down until payment resolution.

Our company remains fully compliant and cooperative throughout. We stand by our documentation and transparency.
