Not really recommended
I am all for supporting independent stores, particularly if they are European (I am based in Spain), but in my opinion that does not give poor customer treatment a pass.
I purchased a 4K UHD title from Arrow Films that is still listed on Metaluna's website as a Limited Edition, only to receive the standard edition (which, of course, is much cheaper than the LE).
After sending them an email and waiting for more than 10 days for a reply, I decided to open a PayPal dispute and, thankfully, I am going to recover my money.
The movie was properly packed, but I will probably not buy in the future from Metaluna Store since, judging from this experience, I can't really trust them.
