Amazing experience, product exactly as described and really fast shippung

I've ordered from Messina Hembry multiple times and have never had an issue until now. Always had prompt delivery, but now the tracking shows that the item is in the UK but hasn't moved in 2 weeks (it is for international delivery to Ireland). RoyalMail won't respond to my inquiries, and I've reached out to Messina Hembry's Customer Service twice now and they've moved back the "expected delivery date" both times, dependent on when I emailed them but not actually on when the items were first sent out. It seems like an automated message and they aren't taking into account the actual details of my order. I also keep receiving automated messages to review my items when I haven't even recieved them. I understand that this is likely more a RoyalMail issue, but they will only correspond with the seller, hence my frustration at a lack of proper response from the company.

Wrong size goods arrived. Have sent 3 emails over 3 days. No acknowledgement at all. Really poor customer service.

The clothes are very good quality.I purchased 2 items and i'm very happy about the condition.The company is based in Uk and i had to pay an extra fee for import in Netherlands but i still don't regret for the shopping.

This is the first time I have ordered from Messina Hembry and going by my experience so far, I will not ever again.

I placed the order on 2nd April. The money has been deducted from my bank and I have heard nothing further!! I don't know where the order is or the status of the delivery!!

I would therefore appreciate a clear and immediate update regarding the exact status and location of my order, as well as confirmation of when it was shipped.

I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Just amazing clothes in great condition, that don’t cost the Earth. They look just like it says on the website, and I love that they tell you how many liters of water and how much CO2 you save by buying pre-loved clothes!

Bought a jeans (Fiorucci!! So happy i found them) a long sleeve top and a leather jacket. All in very good condition and very good price. The condition was superior to the price i paid for. Plus i spare more fast fashion to the planet. Very happy with pourchase and quality of products considered secon hand and age. Will defo buy again!

This site came up out of nowhere on my FB page. Curiosity tempted me and oh, mymy. I scrolled through everything, marveling at my luck. I have always loved angora and mohair sweaters and they are very rare. Two are now happily in my Sweater Drawer, waiting for cooler weather. I live in Virginia USA, usually very warm days.
The enormous collections of apparel are splendid and prices are more than reasonable. I like the attitude of these two young men. Totally agree and I'm honored to make their outlook on recycling successful. I also have 2 more packages that I hope to receive soon with more treasure.

I’ve been seeing this websight pop up while I’ve been looking for various outfit pieces for the last few months and I was finally tempted me into actually buying something thanks to a unique cape coat!

Purchasing was very easy and interacting with the customer service team when I had a minor shipping issue was a pleasant experience.

The cape itself actually looks even better in person and will make a wonderful addition to my wardrobe.

Personally I would appreciate flat lay measurements for the garments in the description given how varied sizing can be from company to company but otherwise I was beyond happy with the entire experience and will certainly be coming back I the future!
