Not star worthy. Products are cheaply made. I sent them back and followed every instruction they gave me. It’s been over 3 months and I still haven’t received my refund.
Do yourself a favor and do not buy anything from this company.

Not good. Attempting a return, shipped the items back within the time frame and was told refund would be 1-3 days on 12/31. Have yet to receive a refund or any further correspondence. Feeling like this is a scam.

product was not good quality contacted them the following day to try and return it since they have a 14 day return policy emailed them three times and 14 days no response

I ordered matching PJs for the entire family and gave them out today (Christmas). First, the fabric is NOT flannel. It's 50/50 cotton/polyester. It's very thin and flimsy. Pants are cut very oddly (strange very high waist that rises all the way to chest) and sizes are all over the place. Overall pretty poor quality. Oh and the dog PJs are just little triangle fabric scraps.

I placed an order for pajamas at the end of November. It's been over three weeks and I haven't received them. I reached out to customer service. The tracking number stopped updating on 12/6. Customer service responded once and said they'd look into it. They have not gotten back to me. I emailed again and still haven't received a response. This definitely seems like a scam.

Our order arrived late, so couldn't use them for photos and on top of that all are the wrong size. We've been at this for about a month to get a refund and they keep saying transaction has been made with no sign on any funds. On top of that you have to pay to send them back. Looking for answer and $

At this time problems remain with Merry Reindeer's Customer Service. They have been notified that I would take a discount for the lies in their advertising concerning the content of the fabric and for the poor quality of construction due to photographs which need to be taken professionally. I am noting that other people say that they can never get merryreindeer to respond to them. This is not customer service as we know! in America. Satisfaction is not obtained. Don't give them your money!! When you see their name, delete it and run in the opposite direction! I have not received the 20-25% off they offered and I refused at the time! They have in their hands over $200 that they did not earn or deserve and are not living up to the standards that they say they will operate under.

My family and I absolutely love these matching Christmas PJs - we get some every year and these were super comfy and fitted everyone perfectly! Highly recommend.

I didn't get my whole order. Then when I emailed them since there is no phone number to call China it took awhile to get an answer. Then they had no clue what I was asking for that was missing. They ended up sending the right ones and I got them quickly, not from China. Then I ordered a wrong size and they would NOT do an exchange even though their website sys they would. I had to pay for another pair with a 30% discount. Now I need them in 6 days and they are coming from China when they said they would.come from the US. The pajamas are very thin and not warm at all. So I had to spend more money at another place to get them actual xmas jammies for my grandkids. I would NEVER order from them again. Read their website but DO NOT believe it.

I reached out several times to clarify my order and they still duplicated my order! Since then I have attempted to contact them with no response!

PJs arrived in a timely manner. I like the design. look forward to having the family wear them this xmas.

Really happy with our family PJs. I’m in love with the design, the quality is great and sizing is bang on. Super soft and cosy, I can’t wait to wear them.

There is a variety of choice for match family pyjamas to suit all tastes and styles. They are of good quality and the fit is true to size. We also ordered some hooded blankets and they are very soft and cosy and look adorable on my children.

We love these buttery soft pjs! We love getting matching pjs for Christmas every year and these pjs have been my favorite.

Extremely happy!!! This is my third year buying from Merryreindeers and ended up buying two sets of Christmas pajamas for each of my 7 grandkids. I love the patterns, how soft they are, and how well they photograph for the grandkids yearly pajama pictures! I have a grandson with sensory issues and he wears them all the time, all year! The shipping was quick this year and customer service was very helpful when I needed to add another pair to my order. I strongly recommend this company!!
