I Have been shopping with mergesouq.com…
I Have been shopping with mergesouq.com for a while now, and I can confidently say they’re one of the best online product sales platforms I’ve used. The website is easy to navigate, the product descriptions are detailed and accurate, and the ordering process is smooth and straightforward.
Shipping has always been prompt, and items are packaged securely to avoid any damage in transit. I’ve never had any issues with delivery delays or missing items, which is a big plus in the world of online shopping.
Their range of products is impressive, starting from medical consumables, cosmetic dermatology injectables, laser devices, and facial products. I love the regular deals and discounts they offer.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and efficient online shopping experience!

I have the worst experience with Merge…
I have the worst experience with Merge souq they are not professional as my request was CYJ after I placed an order I called for un update one answered me she laughing and calming fake name ( NANCY ) after I asked her about her name, so manager FAHAD spoke to me apologizing behalf of her and he said he will deliver the item so despite my investigation i want to complain about them for the Health Ministry

Since you are an individual seeking treatment for hair fall, we cannot supply to you, as doing so would be against legal and ethical regulations. Leaving a negative review will not change this policy.
As per our company policy and regulatory compliance, we are not permitted to sell injectable products to individual customers. We had explained that Merge Souq exclusively caters to licensed clinics and hospitals, and unfortunately, we were unable to fulfill your order for this reason.
We understand your frustration, but please note that this policy is in place to ensure safe and ethical distribution of medical-grade products. We also made efforts to communicate this clearly, and our team, including our manager, addressed your concerns with sincerity.
We appreciate your understanding on this matter. Should you represent a licensed facility in the future, we would be happy to assist you.
