I’ve shopped at different MerchNow stores (mostly EV) many times for many years. I’ve always had a good experience. The availability of niche items is always a plus. The descriptions are always accurate and dependable. Will continue to shop here forever!

I ordered a CD thru these guys and they were able to process and deliver the order very timely!

All of my experiences with MerchNow (been a customer for over 10 years) has been nothing short of outstanding. They’re quick to reply to emails with any questions or concerns regarding your order, and will let you know (usually without having to ask) if your pre-order has been delayed. They ship securely and are miles better than many of their competitors.

I ordered a record from MerchNow, and when It arrived, it was bent in half at nearly a 120 degree angle. I didn't even bother unwrapping it as I knew it was kaput. I reached out to customer service asking about replacements, and Brooklyn was who ended up helping me with my issue. I didn't pay for the shipping insurance, but even still, she said that because I was a first time shopper with them, she'd make a one time exception and ship me another copy of the record. She put 'DO NOT BEND' stickers all over the package and asked me to inform her when it arrived and if it was alright (which it was the second time). She was super helpful, kind, and I really appreciate her helping me out with this situation. Brooklyn, you are awesome! Your customer service was great, and I'll be ordering from you guys again in the future for sure.

Marney was amazing. My question was answered in a timely manner and she added my tracking number for me with an estimated time frame.

Brooklyn the merchnow support person helped me out a lot with my order. My package was lost/stolen and was able to file a claim and helped me get a replacement. I love merchnow and order merch from them often, im glad i was able to get help with this issue and Brooklyn resolved and went above and beyong thank you sooo much

First of all, very kind and informative customer support, good prices and extra fast delivery (to freaking Poland in less then a week, BTW). I recommend MerchNow to anybody who wants really great merch!

I had contacted support after receiving a notification that my vinyl was delivered, but was not in my mail box or any of the parcel lockers. Brooklyn was extremely friendly, helpful, and kind! She was super creative with ways she can help me, and I felt like she really cared. I ended up receiving the vinyl a week later! I am super impressed by the experience and really appreciate the lengths Brooklyn went for me.

Ordered probably too many CD’s lol and there was a problem with delivery, the customer service was so fast with responses and was also so helpful and kind. Was definitely by far the best customer service experience i have ever had. Thank you!!

I can’t say enough good things about MerchNow, especially Brooklyn, who went above and beyond to help me secure a long-awaited vinyl.

I originally ordered the Circa Survive Juturna reissue through the band’s official store, which was being distributed by Merch Connection Inc. I placed my order in mid-December, with an estimated release date of February 28th. However, that date came and went with no shipping update. I reached out multiple times over the next few weeks with no response—neither from the vendor nor the band, whose last post was from November. It felt like they had abandoned the entire release, leaving fans in the dark. Eventually, I had to file a fraud claim, which I won.

Enter MerchNow. Brooklyn was incredibly understanding, quick to respond, and helped me secure a copy of the same Juturna reissue they had in stock—just in time, as fewer than 200 of the 2,500 copies remained. Thanks to her prompt service, my record arrived safe and sound yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier.

If you’re looking for a reliable vinyl/music distributor with outstanding customer support, MerchNow is the way to go. Huge thanks to Brooklyn for turning a frustrating experience into a win. Highly recommend!

I recently had a vinyl delivered that was badly warped and had a static sound when played. I contacted them Friday night and got the usual automated response that I'd hear back in 2-3 business days, and was surprised with an email the first day possible. I talked to Brooklyn and she was very nice and quick to help me with my issue. I filed the insurance claim and emailed like she asked me to and had a new vinyl being sent my way before breakfast in my time zone. I like how it felt I was talking one-on-one with a person rather than someone just reading a script, and it felt like a weight was taken off my shoulder knowing that any question I had would be answered the same day if I asked it early enough. I had a good experience and I can't wait to receive my replacement vinyl (hopefully unwarped).

Relieved a vinyl that had a defect. Talked to Brooklyn in customer support and they dealt with the issue quickly and sent out a replacement.

You can preorder an item on the date it’s announced and it’ll show up a week after it’s publicly released. Support a local record shop because you’ll get what you pay for faster, this company is lazy

Customer service and responses are dismissive (as you can probably see from their responses to negative reviews) and fail to take responsibility for a failure in delivering items.
Clearly don’t give a shit about the acts that they are repping. Best avoided.

I would never purchase from Merch Now ever again. I purchased a large order with items meant as Christmas and birthday gifts. I ordered many vinyls, which I assumed were all in the one box. I had put it away until I needed to wrap them as gifts. I went to open the box and realized I am missing 3 items worth over $60!!! This is now roughly 5 months later, which is my fault for not checking this sooner, but did not expect they were going to forget 3 items!! I will be vigilant in the future with making sure companies give me what I order.

After emailing them, and being asked for a copy of my packing slip, which I emailed back to them. I was then told because it had been so long, they can’t do anything for me. The 3 items I was missing happened to be circled with either a “005, or 00S” written next to it. I have no idea what this means, and asked Marney to investigate what their shipping team meant by this, because it had to signify something in regard to my order. This is a mistake on their end, and their shipping team clearly knew they did not ship those items to me, otherwise they would not have been circled and instead checked off. No reply from Marney after asking to have that packing slip investigated.

I am now out over $60 and will never recommend anyone order stuff from them. I previously purchased from Merch Now once prior, and only had an issue with receiving a defective hoodie that the logo on it was cracked in many spots. Working in a higher up position in quality myself, I would never let obvious defects like this through to our customers.

Be wary if you do order from them!!

Edit: To reply what they wrote. If those 3 items were “oos” out of stock in that building, then I should have been notified via email, which I was not whatsoever.

My package slip would have had all “checks” for each item, but was not all marked off, but instead circled with “oos” for those 3 items. This implies my order was not all there during shipment. All items should have been shipped together! I preordered an item that specifically said I needed to wait for that to be released before my entire order was shipped. Why was my entire order not ready to be shipped altogether then? That part of your policy makes no sense. I never received any proof of a second shipment with the “oos” items. There should be record of this as there should be a second tracking number. Records of packing slips and orders should be on file for cases like this. It sounds like there is disorganization in your warehouses.

Do not make claims if you cannot provide proof of said claims!
